This was my first visit to this establishment. We had lunch here the lunch special is $9.25 which is very good for the amount of food they give you. I tried Orange chicken with jasmine rice nice flavor. The dipping sauce for the egg roll was tasty as well. The wait staff were pleasant. The ambiance was peaceful and relaxing . I will visit again.

This was our first and last visit. Service was slow and inattentive despite not being crowded (probably 7 tables occupied). Once we finally ordered (15-20 minutes wait) the food did come quickly and hot. The steamed dumplings where very good - Not too doughy and a nice amount of filling, good flavor. The chicken in black bean sauce was also good. The right amount of heat and good flavor. The peppers were cooked well - not soggy and over cooked. Would have liked a better meat to veggie ratio but overall a solid meal. The beef and broccoli dish was a huge disappointment. The broccoli was basically raw. The meat/sauce had no flavoring. We did speak to the manager who offered to remake the dish. When the second version came out, the broccoli was cooked perfectly but there was still no flavor. They did take the item off our bill and did try to fix the issue. I appreciate the attempt to solve the problem which is why they got a 3-star rating.

This restaurant delivers the past Asian food we have had in years -- from the gravy to the entrees. We have ordered twice in January 2024. We have ordered a variety of items to share (Shrimp Egg Foo Young, Steak with Peppers and Onions, General Tso's Chicken, Hunan Combination, Chicken & Broccoli).

This has been one of our regular restaurants for years. Both takeout and dine in. Food is excellent. If you dine in, the duck sauce is home made and to die for.Though, some of the dishes are only meat and nothing else. If that isn't what you want, you can ask for vegetables to be included.A great restaurant!

Great food especially like the fried rice, the lomein could have a little more seasoning, plan on trying the Peking duck next visit. Service was quick and accurate and worth the price for a lot of food.
Service is always good. The restaurant is comfortable and a good atmosphere. When doing take- out, the food still has the restaurant quality I've come to expect from Asean Bistro.

This food was pretty bad. Double cooked pork had hardly any pork and was too sweet to eat. Dumplings were ok. Vegetable dumplings were flavorless. Small portions. Definitely wouldn't eat here again.

I can't believe we have lived in Columbia for 20 years and had never been to Asean bistro. It is a hidden gem and I wish we found it sooner. The food and service were exactly as we would have hoped for on a date night out. Excellent Chinese food in generous portions . Ambience was clean, cozy and quiet. If there is one small critique: it is too quiet--I suggest some background music to avoid overhearing fellow diners private conversations.
