“This review is for Xander (I’m pretty sure that’s his name) and him, alone. I ordered online to have food delivered. 2 hours later, still no food. This poor kid answered and was there all by himself. He had a $1,000 catering order to handle in addition to online, walk ins etc. He was not having a good day. Shame on management for leaving this kid all by himself to be put in this position. If he’s a manager, he’s an asset to this store running it all alone. Hope your day got better, man! You were killin it!“

“I visited the "Jimmy Johns" at Minstrel Way, Columbia, MD. Wow, it's been years since I have been there. That sandwich was S-O-O-O-O-O good . . . . . that I nearly bit my fingers trying to devour it while driving on 95 North. So fresh, so big, bread so tasty. In fact, I did bite my fingers twice. Thank you to all of you who handled my sandwich before it landed in my capable hands on Wednesday afternoon, 2:30ish, April 6. I will be back REAL soon!!!“

“Ordered #9 Italian club. Brought it home and found it had no meat in it! I wanted to call the branch to let them know but they didn’t pick up the phone.

Edit: I went back later that day and explained what happened. There was a different worker there, who was able to give me a refund and a couple cookies for my trouble, so they made it right. I’d still go back again, because the sandwiches are good.“
