Last two times we came to this location on Centre Park Drive (both Sundays) they didn't have any bread prepared, so we couldn't get subs.

Got lunch here so I could sample their toasted sandwiches. Glad I did. This is a fast food restaurant so we are not talking about Michelin stars. But that aside it was very good. I got the roast beef and cheddar and I will come back and try the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. My order was taken quickly and was prepared soon after that. They had booths, counter seating and round tables. It was clean and quiet and pleasant to dine in. The price was appropriate for a fast food sandwich.

For them not to be busy, the guy was very rude because he did my order incorrectly. I asked for no mayo & once I realized that he put mayo on my sandwich I asked him about it . He said he didn’t but immediately threw the sandwich away. Then started over & the sandwich was underwhelming. Second time around he put less dressing & it was dry. which is unfortunate because I had a pleasurable experience just days before. I’m just coming off a fast and couldn’t wait to have the sandwich again and it was a bummer to experience that unpleasant customer experience

This review is for Xander (I’m pretty sure that’s his name) and him, alone. I ordered online to have food delivered. 2 hours later, still no food. This poor kid answered and was there all by himself. He had a $1,000 catering order to handle in addition to online, walk ins etc. He was not having a good day. Shame on management for leaving this kid all by himself to be put in this position. If he’s a manager, he’s an asset to this store running it all alone. Hope your day got better, man! You were killin it!

I placed an order online as I’m home with a little one and didn’t feel like battling the looming rain storm that was about to hit. My sandwich arrived for my husband and I and instead of turkey it was salami and ham. Honest mistake as I don’t eat salami. I called the restaurant back and the manager called me back so quick (he was out delivering food) and said he could bring the correct order back out. This man showed up so fast and this entire experience ended on a very positive note despite this man being caught in torrential down pour. These guys really go above and beyond for fantastic service! I’ll be eating at this location more often.

Literally the worst sandwiches we’ve had from a Jimmy John’s. We ordered three sandwiches, each sandwich was severely under filled. I’m talking 1 piece of meat on two of the sandwiches. On the third sandwich, 1/2 of the tuna sandwich didn’t even have tuna on it and just tomato and cucumber. The tuna was a celery and onion salad with a little tuna. If you need a quick sandwich, you’re better off going to Jersey Mikes. Best part of our lunch was the pickle. I never leave reviews, but I paid $30 for bread.
