I ordered online. I ordered a # 12 Beach Club sandwich with light cheese and no tomato. This is supposed to be a turkey sandwich. There was no turkey. None. I'd like to say this was a unique occurrence but it was not. Neither I nor anyone in my family are going to this location again. Never again. I didn't even call to get it corrected. I've done that and they fixed it if i brought the sandwich back. just so annoyed and disgusted at this point. $9.53 for a slice of cheese, avocado aioli, lettuce, and mayo.Update: I called the location and was told I'd been given a credit that I should get if I enter my phone number at a location. I don't expect i'll use it.

Literally the worst sandwiches we’ve had from a Jimmy John’s. We ordered three sandwiches, each sandwich was severely under filled. I’m talking 1 piece of meat on two of the sandwiches. On the third sandwich, 1/2 of the tuna sandwich didn’t even have tuna on it and just tomato and cucumber. The tuna was a celery and onion salad with a little tuna. If you need a quick sandwich, you’re better off going to Jersey Mikes. Best part of our lunch was the pickle. I never leave reviews, but I paid $30 for bread.

The food is good, always is. The restaurant is clean. It looks aesthetically pleasing. Plenty of seating. Only complaint I have is the lack of awareness by staff. I place online orders because they are convenient for me and to save some time. However, I lose some of that time when I go to pick up my food and I see my sandwich waiting, but nobody is willing to help and just give it to me. I'm not reaching over the counter to get it either. There is room for improvement there,

Jimmy John is no doubt for me the best place for getting my favorite subs. There are so many tasty options, and you choose the size! Chips on the side are a must. Good vibes, sandwiches and great decoration. I love it!!!!!!

Walked in at 8:40 and restaurant closes at 9. Gentleman working the counter said that we could not be served because they were out of bread. There was bread sitting on the shelf to the left. Horrible customer service and we will NEVER come back.

Arrived and 5 orders in front of us, with 2 behind us in line. Noticed only one worker so I asked who would make the subs and the employee says they will make them once the orders were in. What about anyone arriving after us in line? Decided understaffing at this level is unacceptable for a business. Left and went to a competitor where they had 7 workers.

Management- Part owner at this location Michael W. Is very very rude and disrespectful. Told me I ordered at the the wrong location, needed to go and pick my order up from where I called it in at & told me he would not take my re-order at that location. Racist vibes & shouldn’t be in the food/ customer service industry. Literally embarrass me in front of other customers and his very respectful crew, who also looked in total shock. Please run & go to the JJ Dobbin location. Do not support his nasty business. He Needs an attitude check. I don’t even trust the food anymore.
