Picked up a catering order to find out that 6 sides, 6 desserts, and 6 chip bags were missing. Called the location, guy on the phone sounded uninterested. I chose to get store credit for the mistake and he says, “Does $15 store credit sound reasonable?” Who knew this was a negotiable matter? Won’t be back.

Everything was good! The guy just forgot my cucumbers on my veggie.
The staff acted like we bothered them by stepping into their store. They barely wanted to take our order. They will not toast your sandwich if you want it toasted! Never again!

My experience here was very pleasant up until I was getting ready to leave. I was near the soda machine, finishing my drink and throwing my trash away, when an employee threw a wash rag from around my side into the sanitizer wash bucket. Also no one wants to see boxers/underwear (especially employees) while eating. Please pull up your pants!!
