The customer service was outstanding, and my chicken wrap 🥪 was absolutely delicious 😋 — I’ll definitely be back! I heard the red velvet cookies are it. So I had to get one. Oh my God, Crumble cookie 🍪 has competition. This cookie has the perfect texture.....red velvet lovers go run and get you one.

I genuinely had a great experience at this particular Jimmy John’s.
There is a young lady there with glasses and dreadlocks who was so kind to me. She assisted my husband and I with the menu as well as trained a new worker all in one setting.
My food was prepared right and done in a timely manner.

Came in on 11/12/25 at 7:34 pm. A black girl with glasses was working. I politely asked her if the person making the sandwich could change their gloves (as they should) and use a clean knife to cut my sandwich. She then gives me an attitude and says “fish is still meat.” I said “ my apologies , I meant red meat, does that clarify it for you ?”

As a worker, she clearly cannot do her simple job and use her ears and follow directions. I feel so sad for this person who has to take out her frustrations and give customers who did nothing wrong an attitude. I guess that’s why she works at a place like that. Any other job would get her fired on the spot. My advice, go to another location. Customer service is the very reason we visit places. She can’t even do simple tasks and be polite.

Very polite. My requests on how I wanted my sandwich was made was just how I requested. Great service goes a long way! I would highly recommend. The location is very clean!

Good is always fresh fast and neat subs don't fall apart The service is pleasant enough. Usually always clean and tidy friendly atmosphere. Menu stays the same. I prefer them over Jersey Mike's and Subway.

Picked up a catering order to find out that 6 sides, 6 desserts, and 6 chip bags were missing. Called the location, guy on the phone sounded uninterested. I chose to get store credit for the mistake and he says, “Does $15 store credit sound reasonable?” Who knew this was a negotiable matter? Won’t be back.
