Stopped in for a quick lunch the food was fresh and the pickles are amazing. The gentleman behind the counter made our sandwiches very good. The ambiance it's a sub shop so it has a sub shop feel. I'd stop in again!

The employees at this store Columbia MD store appears to be more concerned with the tip question on the little credit card machine than making the lunch sub. The sub was missing all dressing and mayo making it very Blan. Will not be back!

Great place to grab a GF sandwich as they do an "unwhich" which is just a lettuce wrap, but somehow they have perfected it. It's more of a first class option than an afterthought that you get at most places. The lettuce is nice and crispy, holds together well and doesn't make a giant mess.There is a good variety of sandwiches and they are at a very reasonable price. The decorations at Jimmy John's are funny. It's a good way to pass your time while you're waiting for your food, though to be fair, there isn't that much of a wait as the service is impeccable, curtious (even when I kept trying to order a sandwich offered from a different sandwich establishment...) and speedy.I would definitely recommend for a quick bite, be it sit down or take out.Dietary restrictions: GF available with a lettuce wrap

Jimmy John's is no longer freaky fast, used be able to get delivery in 5 minutes it now takes 40+minutes oh and I'm across the street.
I would give no stars if I could! Please read the other reviews. I cake in for a tuna unwhich and veggie unwhich; they left off the avocado spread. I went back for a refund, the manager Ana charged me before providing a refund. It has been over a week no return call from Steve or Maxwell. No refund provided, yet i have been over charged and supposedly nobody can do anything. These scammers dont have to worry about my business again.

The sub was crisp and loaded and absolutely delicious. Tasted fresh and was able to order in line and was able to customize my condiments. Extra tomatoes and no Mayo. AND it was perfect. My side was bbq chips and they were one of the best I have had but were their private brand so can only get them there but no problem I will be back

I’m very disappointed in the customer service I received. I am a loyal customer and always order the same thing and never had an issue, but I accidentally forgot to change something on the mobile order I did as I am currently pregnant and unable to eat certain things per my doctor. I called within 2 mins of ordering and asked if I could please fix my order, and they said it was already made and they refused to accommodate me. Even after checking with the manager. If I wasn’t pregnant I wouldn’t have cared as much. I also made sure to immediately call to be considerate, which was upsetting as well. So I ended up wasting my money since I couldn’t even eat it and unfortunately I will no longer be going back.
