These people major in being rude. I'm going out of my way as a customer with my "please" and "thank yous" but the little girl at the drive thru was rude as heck. You ask for lite ice and they fill your cup with ice. Knowing what I know, I just took my drink like that and left. Never patronizing this place or recommending it. Too rude.

I ordered thru the kfc app. When I received the delivery, its missing 2 pc chicken. When I complained on the app chat, they told me to call the store. When I called the store, they said they cannot help me. This is unacceptable!!! You guys have terrible service. Until now, its not resolved. My order number is 230440256.

I asked for the same item each time I visit. A chicken little tossed in BBQ sauce, which the manager authorizes. Each time I’ve ordered, I noticed the sandwich maker, on the front line, outwardly presenting a disconcerting demeanor. Regrettably, I ignored her. To my dismay, my sandwiches have either been tossed in another sauce instead of BBQ; like hot sauce, made very sloppy, bread hard, or not what I asked. It’s not the manager’s fault, because I’ve not explained, however, I am exasperated by this each time I go, and must report her.

I went through drive through.paid waited 20 minutes. They are soo slow kept asking them when is the chicken ready. Manager couldn't keep up people waited people coming back said the order was wrong. And the chicken tasted burned. The oil must be old. She wouldn't give me biscuits I would have to wait again I told them I won't be coming back. It was in columbia Snowden river parkway. It is soo bad 👎 even going through drive through. She said oh go to the front I'll bring it out to u I waited 20 mins still no chicken should have asked for my money back. IT SUCK ED MANAGER DIDNT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING!

Trifling place do not eat here employees are rude as hell only one person had a slight response to problems (a boy) rest of them act like they on crack… then you can’t use coupons at this location B.S. (why they send them out)

The staff members were very attentive and polite. I loved how quiet it was. Service was fast. My problem is with the chicken. It's seems like the Colonel forgot 10 of the 11 herbs and spices. The only thing I could taste was SALT. IDK how the chicken is processed before cooking, but it has a funny smell to it that says, "Don't eat me." Non, the less, give it 3 months, and I'm sure I'll be back. ?

I went through the drive thru yesterday 7/18/24 at 10:20 pm I ordered 2 orders of the $10 dollars special were you can get your choice of a breast , thigh , leg , wing 2 sides of mash potatoes & 2 biscuits . I told the young girl at the drive thru who always has a nasty attitude never greets you that’s what I wanted when I got my food it was wrong . I said to her this isn’t what I ordered handed her the food back she wouldn’t take it and slammed the window in my face . She came back to the window saying that’s all they had I asked her why didn’t she say that when I ordered and she replied oh and shut the window again called for a manager . When the manager came to the window he was rude as well as if he didn’t care and just asked me if I wanted a refund and when I tried to tell him how the girl at the drive thru was very unprofessional he shut me down and said okay handed me my refund and shut the window again in my face . She never gives you a receipt I’m glad I checked my food before I pulled off this time . The chickens nor the tenders are never fresh I I had return my food again a couple weeks before this situation but the older manager lady on duty fixed it and I didn’t have to get a refund but it was the same young girl at the drive thru with the nasty attitude who doesn’t wants to be at work and it shows .

Beginning of the heat wave last week... drive thru was inoperable ( BIG CUSTOMER INCONVENIENCE) we should have had the ATTITUDES... the young lady on drive thru intercom was very pleasant with informing Us... inside was a different story... African American lady, unkept braids, spectacles and a VERY NASTY ATTITUDE!!! If anything of a brand is not working... accommodations needs to be made for customers... I wanted the $5 meal w/ 2 legs I thought her head was going to fall off by her saying NO WE DONT DO THAT YOU HAVE TO GET THE LEG AND THIGH... she should have accommodated my request as The drive thru was down and customers had to exit cool vehicles just to patronize the store, not to mention I have gotten 2 legs with this meal before... the GIRL WITH THE GLASSES need to TAKE SOME CS CLASSES IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE IN MANAGEMENT... AS A LEADER, YOUR BEHAVIOR IS UNACCEPTABLE NOT TO MENTION HOW YOU WERE TALKING AND TREATING THE SPANISH LADY ON THE REGISTER you truly have alot to learn with having repeat customers at this location... I WILL NOT BE BACK it took me a week to do this review her behavior really bothered me as I'm a manager... I would have put 3 legs in the box with a THANK YOU AND APOLOGY FOR THE DRIVE THRU NOT WORKING... WITH A PLEASE COME AGAIN...

The worst kfc ive been to. I seen the drive through went inside because it was backed up. How did I go inside and its the same thing???? Absolutely not will never be back to this one
I passed by drive thru very hungry, when i made my order, they didn't give me a receipt and my order was wrong, the manager couldn't change my order because he didn't know who did it. Please check your order and receipt carefully, or you will be scammed...
