The staff members were very attentive and polite. I loved how quiet it was. Service was fast. My problem is with the chicken. It's seems like the Colonel forgot 10 of the 11 herbs and spices. The only thing I could taste was SALT. IDK how the chicken is processed before cooking, but it has a funny smell to it that says, "Don't eat me." Non, the less, give it 3 months, and I'm sure I'll be back. ?

I ordered on the app, very easy, however I got a text saying my food was ready so I went inside. I waited 20 minutes inside after the text said my food was ready before it actually was ready. There were 3 people making the food in back but the 1 & only person working up front had to make my food. Sad thing is there was nobody else inside the store ordering.

I purchased the 3pc white meal at the Greenbelt,MD and I did not check my order. When I got home about 20 minutes later, I discovered that the chicken was hard and dried out?‍?. So, I got dressed for work and drove to the Columbia, MD location to get fresh chicken. I took the bag in, and the receipt wasn't in the bag?? I told the manager that I wanted the chicken to be replaced. She called the Greenbelt location to confirm my order..?. So, I waited until she got the confirmation....
