We recently dined at Koto Sake Steakhouse and Sushi and enjoyed a delightful experience. I ordered the chicken and shrimp teriyaki, while my boyfriend opted for the salmon and shrimp. The food was delicious, the ambiance inside was pleasant, and the chef’s skills with the hibachi grill were impressive. We look forward to returning soon!
Fun experience for adults and kids. Food was plentiful and prepared beautifully. Prices reasonable for what you receive. Wait staff friendly and efficient. Will look forward to going again.

This is my favorite restaurant. It is always consistently good. You get a lot of food for the price, and watching the talented chef's cook is always entertaining.Kid-friendliness: There was a young child sitting at our table, and the chef made sure that the fire wasn't going to scare her. He also played games with her. The restaurant also does have a kids menu.

The food is decent but the restaurant is poorly managed. They take reservations but obviously seat anyone who comes in to fill their tables. We had a 6:30pm reservation and arrived a few minutes before. The waiting area was already packed with not so happy looking people.We were told we would have to wait about 15-20 minutes which was fine. 30 minutes later we were told that tables were full and they’d be with us in a bit. A few minutes later we overheard the host talking to two other groups. One had a 5:30 reservation and the other a 6:00.Simply a mess compared to the 4-5 times we were there before.

Made a reservation, even confirmed it day of ... been sitting in the lobby now for nearly an hour. Not sure what the deal is, they're not terribly busy, but thankfully there's a subway Nextdoor, which is becoming more enticing by the minute ... Dinner was good; what you would expect. We lucked out with a great chef, who always makes (or breaks) the meal. Wouldn't necessarily recommend the place due to the excessive wait, you can get just as good of food and experience at other hibachi restaurants (without the delays).

Love Koto, go all the time for lunch, they know my order, service is perfect. Tasty bento boxes, nice variety, fish is very fresh, never a bad meal.
