The bakery items are always stale. When I order my salad they always add cheese even though I request no cheese. I hate the app they have. I stopped coming to this location because they kept making my salads wrong and I can’t always wait on my lunch break to have it remade.

My family and I dined here twice, and our experiences were quite different. On our first visit, the setup was confusing. Menus were placed in a stand away from the ordering counter, and we weren’t informed that silverware, drinks, and condiments were self-serve. I had to ask around to find everything, which was frustrating. I tipped, though in hindsight, I’m not sure why given the self-service model. However, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was pleasant, which made up for the initial confusion.
We returned on 5/16, hoping for another great meal, but this visit was disappointing. My son’s eggs were missing cheese, and my breakfast lacked sausage. When I asked about the missing items, the staff acted as though I was doing something wrong, which felt unwelcoming. Additionally, my over-medium eggs were well-done, with only one yolk in what seemed like a double egg white. When I brought this to the counter, the cook dismissively said, “I’m not doing it, give it to someone else.” Thankfully, the manager stepped in, apologized, and promptly addressed the issue. Unfortunately, the replacement eggs were undercooked, and by then, the rest of my meal had gone cold.The issues seemed to stem from the cook on duty that day, who may have been having an off day. It was disappointing after such a great first visit.
While the food has potential, the inconsistent service and poor handling of mistakes on the second day left a negative impression, but I'd definitely give them another try in the future.

Portions are very small. All the food was generic. Literally served thin lunch meat for ham. Egg was microwaved and all of the pastries are ordered from a distributor. 56 dollars for a breakfast I could make for 10 dollars. Visiting this restaurant is more like helping them than enjoying yourself. They are expensive w/cheap made food. I’m not impressed or satisfied. Will not recommend.

Relatively empty dining room but 2 of 3 orders never arrived until we approached the kitchen staff 40 mins later. Strawberry Nutella crepe had chocolate syrup, no Nutella.

We went on Mother's Day and although it was busy the staff was friendly and kept up very well. The food was fresh and full of flavor, don't get me started on their desserts , lol 🍨 Amazing 👏 They did a great job keeping the tables clean and ready for such a busy day, too. It was a nice experience. I recommend you try this place.

Sad to say that our first visit was disappointing. We’ve been wanting to go to La Madeleine for a while after seeing good reviews. I had the Bacon Bon Bon sandwich and it was very disappointing. Very little bacon and the bread was over toasted, not very quality bread as well. Selected hash browns as my side, bad choice as it was very oily with a bit of not great flavor. My wife enjoyed the waffle and fruit was fresh but very small in quantity. Not sure if we will return. I enjoyed the coffee so if I am seeking a coffee and in the area I will visit again.

First time here, had brunch with my family it was a pleasant surprise! I love the fireplace. I definitely loved the service, everyone was friendly. I’ll be definitely coming back. The French lessons on the radio is a great touch!
