My family and I dined here twice, and our experiences were quite different. On our first visit, the setup was confusing. Menus were placed in a stand away from the ordering counter, and we weren’t informed that silverware, drinks, and condiments were self-serve. I had to ask around to find everything, which was frustrating. I tipped, though in hindsight, I’m not sure why given the self-service model. We went on Mother's Day and although it was busy the staff was friendly and kept up very well. The food was fresh and full of flavor, don't get me started on their desserts , lol 🍨 Amazing 👏 They did a great job keeping the tables clean and ready for such a busy day, too. It was a nice experience. I recommend you try this place.

Sad to say that our first visit was disappointing. We’ve been wanting to go to La Madeleine for a while after seeing good reviews. I had the Bacon Bon Bon sandwich and it was very disappointing. Very little bacon and the bread was over toasted, not very quality bread as well. Selected hash browns as my side, bad choice as it was very oily with a bit of not great flavor. My wife enjoyed the waffle and fruit was fresh but very small in quantity. Not sure if we will return.
