My family and I dined here twice, and our experiences were quite different. On our first visit, the setup was confusing. Menus were placed in a stand away from the ordering counter, and we weren’t informed that silverware, drinks, and condiments were self-serve. I had to ask around to find everything, which was frustrating. I tipped, though in hindsight, I’m not sure why given the self-service model.
