Popped in for a quick dinner lo mein. I was not impressed. I don't know if it's the kind of noodles they're using or the preparation but they were real chewy and I did not like it. There wasn't much chicken and it either and overall didn't have much flavor. I don't know how you screw up lo mein, but I certainly wouldn't recommend it. I don't think I'll be going back because it seems that if you can't get this right, then everything else can't be much better...

Well this used to be my favorite Chinese place. Now you can’t buy from here unless you pay cash even at time of door delivery. Between my parents and me we have been getting food from them for over 30 years. A lot of people these days don’t carry cash I used to but not anymore because of crime especially up in that area of Oakland Mills I will be finding a different place for my Chinese food. Not to mention their portions are less than they used to be, more expensive and doesn’t taste the same as it used to. Also very rude on the phone when ordering.

The shrimp fried rice needed more peas, carrots, and shrimp. There was very little peas and carrots, especially. The rice was a little undercooked (too firm). Also, there was a required delivery charge.

I’ve had suspicious activity ever since buying from this place and this is the first time it’s happened since being with my bank.UPDATE: After reading another review of someone having their credit card being compromised…DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! Any chicken with sauce they make is old chicken.. hard to chew and everything.. But they charge like it's fresh chicken.. Sesame chicken for example will be cooked using old chicken

Ordered mushu pork and got flour tortillas with it instead of the pancakes it should come with. Didn't pack rice with it either. Then credit card was compromised after visit.
It's Great! They have my favorite thing to eat there, their Honey wings ?, and sesame chicken ?. Best Chinese takeout in Columbia, MD.

If I could give zero stars I would. I've been coming to this restaurant for more than 10 years. Love the older gentleman that's usually at the register. Lately, I've noticed he's not there and Ive also noticed that the food and customers service had gone to the dogs. I just had an horrible exchange with the despicably rude young girl who always looks like she hates her job and the guy who took my order. I only ordered one item; pepper steak with white rice, always ask for more onions than peppers. On Saturday I was told that I would get an up charge for more onions, first time ever. No problem until I got my order, it should have called onions and green peppers with steak. So few pieces of meat and absolutely no sauce. I called and explain what happened and they told me to come back in to get sauce. I did not! Today I ordered again and they decide to up charge me and give me fried rice. Never in the 10 years that I have ordered this meal have I ever gotten fried rice. I don't eat fried rice and if I wanted it, I would've asked for it. I'm very clear why they gave me the fried rice because they want to up charge me. All meals come standard with white rice unless you ask for fried rice. The young girl gets on the phone is completely rude yelling, and then she just hands the phone off speaking in her native tongue. The guy gets then on the phone who placed the order and is equally rude. He tells me he could not read my mind. He didn't have to read my mind just comprehend simple English and place the order correctly. This really angered me because they took no accountability for anything. They've messed up my order two times in a row. He kept saying he couldn't offer me anything but a free egg roll which I do not eat. What would have been nice is to offer a solution and not think everyone wants something for free. This kind of deprived mindset sickens me. I strongly advise you not to go to this restaurant it seems to have been taking over now by the next generation and they are completely rude, disrespectful, and money hungry. Me and my family will NEVER set foot in this place again. So much for being a loyal customer for more than 10 years. I vote with my feet!

My family and I have been regulars of Luckys for years. However, the young girl at the front desk decided to up charge me for my food when I paid a different price three days prior. She told me depending on who’s working the price may change when it comes to the up charge. VERY POOR service since the older gentleman left.. the younger employees should be properly trained on how to properly address customer discrepancies! For that I WILL NOT be ordering from here anymore because there are many other places who value loyal customers. Disgraceful

I got the general tsos chicken. The food was fine. My problem is by the time I opened it the sauce had spilled and gotten everywhere. I called the restaurant to leave feedback and the girl at the front acted like I was bothering her. Me a paying customer calling to leave feedback was bothering her. Very strange.

Paid $17 for shrimp & broccoli. Only received 6 shrimp fried rice taste like dog food. And they didn’t put soy sauce or a fork in the bag. Big disappointment ??
