poor customer service. ordered an iced caramel coffee. told them that it has no caramel on it. the staff make it like a big issue, that she puts 6 pump on it. but theres no caramel on it. in the end, she angrily pressed the caramel for 3 pumps. just for 3 pumps, is that hard?

I got food poisoning after eating here. I had the $5 meal deal with a McDouble and chicken nuggets around 5:00 p.m., and by 10:00 p.m., I was violently ill—severe diarrhea and vomiting. I hadn’t eaten anything else that day, so I’m certain this was the cause. This was a terrible experience, and I hope the store investigates its food safety and handling practices to prevent this from happening to others.

It was $20 for a big Mac meal and a mcchicken and mcdouble. You charged $3.59 for each mcdouble. Usually you get a deal if you buy 2.

At most it's about $15.

So no. I won't be returning. To get ripped off.

I only have issues at this McDonald's. Their app never works properly. I arrive at 10:35am, and the app won't let me buy breakfast or lunch. Not paying their overpriced menu items without the app deals.

i love mcdonalds but they forgot my sauces with my order and i went to the counter to ask for some and this rude big lady claimed that she put the sauce in the bag for my order when there was no sauce at all… she asked for my receipt and i showed her and she only gave me one sauce which is not what i ordered, then my girlfriend stepped in and we got the sauces but she threw them in the bag rudely, why would we lie about sauces maam… fire this incredibly rude worker

I ordered an ice cream cone and was shocked when the cashier charged $3 + for that, (my bad if I remember the price $1) but this was not the problem. There was a long long hair stucked inside of the ice cream, as the cashier was trying to pull it out of the ice cream I was about to throw up.
1 star is just because my money was reimbursed!

They up-charge on so many items. A large fountain drink is $2.49, versus $1.49 at literally any other location I can think of. Sleazy.Other than being located in a food court, the food is what you expect from McDonalds.
