Super super slow. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location. So I tried the new chicken Big Mac from here and it was soooo nasty. It had so much sauce on it that I couldn’t eat it. Then I ordered Two apple pies and they were ice cold. How is that even possible. This is one of the worst locations in the area.

Very friendly Manager. Came in because McDonald’s had a Yugioh X Hello Kitty collab. Although they were sold out of every type, a manager went to the back to see if they had any other left and replaced one of the duplicates for me.

Worse customer service, they took my code and told me that it was invalid. The first time they did that at a mcdonalds, I asked the manager, and she said there is nothing she could do when the app show that it was applied to the order. Also, all the employees have attitude.

Forgot to put my drink on the order, when the little girl at the second window gave me my food and no drink I noticed. I told her they forgot to put the drink on the order, she said “yeah you didn’t pay for it” I said “right so can I pay for it now to get my tea?” She said “I can’t do that here, there is no register.” Meanwhile there are three unused in store registers behind her and no one else in line behind me. I asked if she could take my $1.58 to put in the system real fast, she continued with “if you want the tea you’re gonna have to either come inside or go back around the building” I then asked “even though it was your guys mistake and it will take 5 seconds?” Her response “if she does that then the time for the order will still be running” … lol it was hilariously stupid to say the least. She then told me since there was no one else in line, that I could reverse to the first window if I wanted so the guy could put the order in.
