Stopped here after visiting the pumpkin patch 5 minutes away with my family. We decided to dine in. The self kiosk was out of order with only one working, and the inside was pretty crowded. There was no one at the counter to take our order. We had to yell to the back of the store for assistance. The employee mopped the entire dining room while customers stood in line, entered the store, and sat down to eat. The entire floor was wet with only two signs throughout the area. which was a huge fall risk as I had small children with me. Our fries came out cold for a few of our orders. Two orders were made incorrect. When I asked for fresh fries and condiments to fix the food ourselves, instead of sending the sandwiches back, the employee yelled in Spanish to another employee and pointed to us at our table. The manager never came over to our table and came up front as we asked for her but could see her socializing with the employees in the back. Horrible experience, although the bathroom and dining area were clean.

I ordered an egg McMuffin on a biscuit.. the first try… a regular egg McMuffin on the English muffin.. the second try was a bacon folded egg and cheese in a biscuit… then in their dumb looks are still free look … asked me if I wanted a round egg or a folded egg. At that point I knew I was never going to get what I ordered.. I just took the sandwich from the second try and drive off. And people are saying they take the jobs Americans don’t want to do…. Maybe they can get some training! Will not be back

This is one pathetic McDonald's. The employees seem interested in everything but getting the food out. Slowest service ever for how empty the place was and how simple my order was. Fries were a mess - half burnt, half fresh. How is that happening in 2024? And get the hell out of here with your plastic cups, plastic lids, and miserable paper straws. Who do you think you're fooling? They have no structural integrity.

Keep in mind, in this case, we don’t necessarily have a problem with the employees. We have a problem with the establishment (owners and managers). The only English words that they know how to speak are “use kiosk”. Although we would rather interact with a human at a register, we don’t have a problem using the Kiosk. Until we order something and find out that they’re out of it. An elderly gentleman came in and was told to use the kiosk. He had problems, and had to cancel a couple of times. When he asked for help, the only reply that he got was, you guessed correctly, “use kiosk”. Another customer helped him. When they forgot Leah’s tea, she tried to tell the worker, and you guessed correctly again, “use kiosk”. She repeatedly said “use kiosk” as she kept handing food to a few more customers. When the employee finely acknowledged her, Leah had to point to the receipt to show her what was missing. When did this become acceptable? The food was pretty good though

Ordered a meal off the app, selected to pick up inside, and it was ready when I arrived. Updated and modern interior. Self-serve soda fountain was not working when I visited, but was still able to get another drink before leaving. Nice workers.
