Ordered curbside, with several drinks, asked for a carrying tray, she said she didn't have.i said I didn't have places for all the drinks. I needed to carry them into a place,how can I keep from spilling in my car. She looked annoyed. I had to set drinks on floor. I went inside and asked about a tray.one lady gave me a cardboard try to fold together.only held 2 drinks.i could see the lady that came to my car giving me a dirty look. Why dont they have eggshell type trays that hold 4 drinks???

Why is it so hard to find a mcdonald's now adays where the staff atuly speak or atleast understand basic English every time I come here I get the same thing and every time till run me between 5-10 bucks because the staff can't put it into the system right now you have them changing 2.50 for a cup of fountain water when the meal came with a fountain drink to begin with

I came in today and my number was 632. I ordered 2 of the value meals and use the app for the free fries with purchase of a $1. Something simple. I would never come back because as I was trying to show evidence I was dismissed as it wasn’t in the system and they never took a look. I don’t care nor will it hurt me.. as an owner you would expect the leadership to at least listen before they make pre-determined choices. This is for the next customer that paid their hard earned money and really wanted to eat there. Once again I would expect just to be heard over a fry order. Thank you for at least reading.

Ordered big breakfast with steak. They put sausage instead, I asked them to fix the problem and lady in front of me she removed sausage and put steak in the same plate, same spot where sausage was.. and it was all still smelling pork.. I ended up dumping it in the trash.. unprofessional workers. What a dumb service

I have been coming here for years to drink my coffee in the morning. I like to charge my phone during this time as well. I spend 20-30 mins here or another close location every morning and now all of a sudden they have put outlet covers over all their outlets that have been available to the public for decades. So now apparently when you spend money here, you aren’t eligible to charge your phone while sitting here or use any outlet for what reason exactly? I hope this company goes bankrupt. A bunch of people in the corporate structure at McDonald’s sitting around with nothing to do and they come up with “Let’s install outlet covers in every location to not allow our paying customer access to them.” Will not support these clowns ever again.

A woman worker today showed my children such kindness. I was having a tough day and my boys we're typical toddlers, emotional. She chose to offer compassion and treat my boys to ice cream cones. She offered care and a big hug to us. It made their day. A simple pleasure and act of kindness that made us feel a sense of relief. Thank you. Moments like that cant be replaced.
