Will never go to McDonalds on Snowden in Columbia again. Dobbin has super fast, friendly service. All modifications were spot on, fries were crispy, food was hot. Their holiday decor is very cute as well. It may be easier to access Snowden McDs...DO NOT DO IT. They are terrible!!! and 15-30 min wait. Dobbin is the way to go in this area

I work near this location, so I visit frequently. They have consistently terrible customer service. They avoid customers (aside from the workers friends that are always visiting and socializing with them). Other McDonald’s food tastes fresher. Every visit, I have to remind them to provide my drink cup. Receipts never print from the order kiosk even though I have reported it to them twice. Drink station often understocked/missing items. Ashamed I still eat at McDonald’s… don’t recommend- but what do you expect from them at this point I guess…

They were rude for one and I said no salt on my fries they put salt on the fries. The fries were also cold and I asked for a milkshake and a frappe but they still didn't give it to me because they want to close early. So when I rode around the block to come back because of the cold french fries they send me off saying no we are closing.

The manager was awesome. I received a not perfect order and she handled it like a real manager. So professional and understanding that I didn’t even mind the mistake. I come here often and never have any issues so I’m happy to continue on as a loyal customer. I believe her name was Angela.

How you gonna yell and demand to see my receipt when I don’t even eat pickles. Some of yall cool but that one lady at the 2nd drive thru needs to go through training again

This guys needs to learn some manners specially there shift manager in the morning…some old lady gave me some serious attitude when i ask for some sauce which is i know i have to pay for it and she think i just ask this 50cents sauce for free..and when the other Spanish lady ask for same the thing she gave it to her for FREE with the smile on her face?

Not worth anyone’s time this place need new management they placed me to wait and kept trying to give me someone else’s order and made me continue waiting for me to get the rest of my meal and also gave me with wrong drive which is not even worth letting them know because I would have to wait even longer
