This was our most pleasant McDonald's experience since before the pandemic. The food tasted fresher than any of the food from our other recent McDonald's stops over the last few years. The burger was juicy and flavourful. Even the bun seemed fresher, not dry. The quarter pounder was well structured and held together during consumption. The young woman working the counter was delayed in taking our order as she was also working the fryer, I found her to be friendly, polite, and engaging once she came to the register. Yes, I could have used a kiosk to place my order, but I prefer to interact with people than a screen for service.

I always receive fresh fries every time I have eaten here. The design and colors of this McDonald's are different from the other so it is easy to drive past it and not realize it's right there.

Thursday August 31st, 2023Closing at 9:27 while their posted in store hours for weekdays is 10 pm. I needed to use the rest room. I went to the door and checked, it was closed, the guys inside, a young girl and boy avoided me. Didn't even want to order.

641am and suppose to open at 6 am . Waiting on the drive thru nothing until I pulled up just so the suppose manager tell me that the cook has not showed up so they are closed. Poor management.
Order small fries & crispy chicken deluxe. The fries were tasteless, lukewarm & very unappetizing. The female Manager & a female associate were Rude & Dismissive. As an employee was mopping the dining floor area, she coughed several times, only being about 4-5 ft from me and other diners, without covering her mouth.

This McDonald's seems to be super out of date. There's no real signage that would point out that its there. They also over charged us and charged us for something that we didn't ask for, which I didn't realize until we had driven off and read the receipt once we were on the beltway.The drive thru roof looked like it was super worn down and if a strong storm comes in could break and potentially land on someone's car.On a higher note, the fries were fresh and hot(the only reason i gave the food 4 stars). My bf said his quarter pounder was good. I had the classic big Mac which seemed to be lacking sauce and the patties were super dry. All in all I wouldn't come back to this location.

I visited this McDonald's for breakfast and there was food and trash on the floor from the night before as well as spilled drinks that were dry and sticky on the tables in the dining area! The shift manager and the young man working there have no customer service skills at all and are very rude!
