Consistently, the worst McDonald’s experience. I usually avoid this location, but occasionally visit b/c it’s convenient and hope it has gotten better… but no. Long waits, poor service, poor food quality.

By far hands down worst McDonalds in the area. Save yourself the headache of this poorly ran establishment and go to the one in Ellicott City on Montgomery Road. Every time i come here i order ahead way in advance but every single time I come here to pick ip my order they always make me sit in the reserved drive thru. Mind you when i come to McDonalds i always order a drink and its usually hardly anyone here so why am i not waiting at the window or why does it take 25 minutes to make a drink.

Don't bother going to this location if you want your order to be correct. If you're in the area, drive the extra 5 miles and go to the Longgate shopping center one instead. I just ordered a drink and a sandwich, had to wait like 10 minutes, and they got both items incorrect even though I repeated myself THREE times. Not coming back.

These guys on the late shift between midnight and 2am do an OUTSTANDING job. Very nice, very fast, great work ethic. So impressed I had to write in to share my experience. Thanks guys, you're the BEST!!!

Sat in the drive thru line for a good 30 minutes…and that was just to get to the 1st window. Made it to the second window in about 3 minutes for them to tell me to park in one of their drive thru spots for another 30 minutes.

If I could give zero stars I would. The sweet tea tasted like hot garbage water with no sugar and it just tasted dirty. My double quarter pounder wasn’t even on the normal bun, both patties were so burnt. They were like hockey pucks, the fries were hardly cooked. They were so cold and so soggy and had no salt on them at all. The kids meals were dry and old. Nothing tasted fresh. Nothing tasted cooked properly. It seemed like they burnt it by reheating old food. Worst McDonald’s ever. Wait time in the drive-through ridiculous, and both of the order screens are completely busted it blacked out so you can’t even see the menu. They make you pull up to the second window and you sit there for at least 30 minutes if you’re lucky.

07/08/25 (8:30ish PM) Ordered at drive-thru window...no problem. Retrieved food at next drive-thru window...the guy giving orders to customers gave no greeting or thank-you. I mean it's McDonald's I guess, so this is to be expected. Long ago when I was part of a fast food chain, my manager instructed the crew to always end with a thank you. Otherwise, the food was good.

Too bad it is now the closest McDonalds to my house. the closer one is closed last year in Lark Brown. it takes 20-30 mins to get your food like fries, nuggets or burger and they aren't even busy. Ray Kroc McDonalds founder must be rolling in his grave if he found out how poor this mcdonalds runs.

My wife is pregnant and she started to get sick in the parking lot, something we’ve been dealing with 6 months of pregnancy now, and normally people are so sick they just stare and act disgusted. Today however, a larger African man was taking out the trash at about 1:10 pm on wed July 9th, and he came over with a clean trash bag and tried to help us. Thank you to the location and the nice man that came to help

This is one of slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. The staff was extremely rude. Handed me a paper straw, per Howard countys law if I request a plastic straw it will be provided. I requested and told they don't have any. I called Howard county and was told they would look into it. If you have a disability that requires a straw that not paper I would absolutely avoid.

Already paid machine broke... I was frustrated because I was tight on time (i wasnt being mean)... manager came over and somehow we were both laughing and smiling before I left. I didn't get what I ordered but I didn't care! I wish I'd gotten your name! Thank you! (7/8/25 945-10am)
