If I could I would give 0 stars, it’s fast food and it takes a century to serve the food, I had to wait more than half an hour for them to give me 1 happy meal. And the employees walking without doing anything.

I saw in the drive thru for almost 10 mins to order a medium fry and frappe. The fries was straight cold not hot not warm but cold..definitely over 10 mins old and it’s ridiculous they would even give those out especially when it’s the only food I ordered. This is the 3rd time. I will not return to this location. I threw the whole fry away and wasted my money and time. Thanks

Came in for lunch, stood at the counter for 8 minutes. No one took my order. Just kept looking at me. This happens after at this location. Only reason why I come here is because it's close to the job. From now on I'll bring my lunch or starve 👎🏾👎🏾

I ordered at the drive thru had something thrown in my direction thought it was an accident. then i didn’t get my food so i waited for 10 minutes before i went inside. i got inside and it took a while for someone to approach me. I finally got my food and i get outside and my car has what i assume is ranch on my drivers side door. All that to say i hope they feel good for going after someone who just wanted something to eat.

It says open 24 hours - but the last two times I have gone after playing hockey - at 12:30am or so... They will either say the wait is 20 minutes (with 3 cars in line), or they'll say pull up to order at the second window.
Either way the line doesn't move so people leave. Employees don't have to work. What a crazy hack.
With all due respect, the chicken sandwich is just microwaved and the fries take less than 2.5 minutes to fry. There are spaces to pull into to wait for food so other people can order. There is no reason why they are doing what they are doing other than, driving customers away to do less work for the night shift.

They slip up on orders, even on unmodified ones. They don't stir the ice coffee there so you'll find your hazel nut/vanilla/caramel sitting at the bottom. They also used some dirty water in the coffee. Don't recommend the coffee, if you go here make sure it's a single order and double check if it's yours.
