I would like to especially compliment the young man who was working at the counter and helped me today at lunchtime. He was considerate, efficient, and had a nice smile at a moment when it was especially good to be treated nicely, and he made the extra effort to bring my sandwich to me, instead of just calling my name and making me go back to the counter.

The house panini is avocado, roast red pepper, spinach, pesto, chipotle sauce and possibly cheese. It is gooey, bold and has a light kick of spice.
The Ruben was delicious too.
Their daily soup and daily sandwiches do sell out during the lunch rush.
They have decaf espresso!
Vegetarian options: Great veggie sandwiches, not just lettuces & tomato on bread with a spread.

This morning I thought I would give this place a try because of the reviews, but they sadly disappointed. Upon arriving there were no other customers in the establishment yet I was ignored for 4 minutes, (no greeting, or ill be right with you). Once she answered the phone after I had beed there for at least 5 minutes I turned and calmly walked out. I am a young African American male and this left a sour taste in my mouth. I will never come back. By the way it was a young I believe Korean woman working.

It was nice while it lasted... I always liked Michael's because the quality of food was excellent (real meat on the Chef Salad & large shrimp in the Shrimp Salad). Today I got my regular Chef Salad @ almost $10. & there was no real meat- just processed meat & cheeses (filled with preservatives & junk- no health value at all). Oh well, the search continues...
