I have visited this place a couple of times. Most of the time satisfied. But twice disappointed. A fly was on the food and this Friday the server didn't change gloves that he touched money with and then instead of using utensils he put his hands on the food in gave to me. I prayed over food and ate some and threw up all night I was sick. The male manager is the only person I have seen that always wash his hands and put on clean gloves when he serves customers.

Went here for the first time with my gfriend. Ordered a bowl with pulled beef and took it home. The beef was not fresh, taste like it was sitting all day. We paid $30+ for bad food, had to throw the whole bowl away. Nothing fresh about this place.

I have been going here for years and it is a great place! There is so many ways that you can customize your dish whether it’s salad or pasta or some source of bowl. They have lots of options for dietary restrictions. The only issue is they don’t list their ingredients, however, my friend who has dietary restrictions, asked the server to read the ingredients from the containers, and he was more than happy to let her know that certain elements contained brown sugar and therefore did not qualify for her restrictions. All in all I love this place. A salad with chicken shrimp and hard-boiled egg is going to run you about $18-$20 so just keep that in mind but in my opinion it’s worth it.

Overall: Consistent quality ingredients, great options and portion sizes for the price, a clean and cute ambiance, and nice employees. I've been a Nalley Fresh fan for over 10 years. I love salads, but never order them out because I find most salads even at nice restaurants to be pretty lame. Nalley is my go to salad place if I don't want to make the salad myself. I love that they don't limit your toppings and there are always tons of fresh and quality toppings. Their spicy Thai beef is delicious and I wish I had the recipe. Also their lemon water is always perfect! There are high chairs and a changing table for kids.

Very disappointed in this location I been here previous and they was not stingy with the portions, today I have came here which is 02/19/2024 and they were so rude a guy in a black shirt which I am thinking is the manager was so stingy with the portions I have to keep saying I am ok with paying extra the portions was so small for me to be paying $18 I need to get my money worth I am highly disappointed in this Nalley fresh I would have never thought I would be going through this with this location so disappointed I am so upset.

This place is very convenient and affordable for something on the healthier side, though I do have to say some of their ingredients are "pseudo-fresh", as in you can tell they were fresh in the morning and have been sitting out all day. Imagine if a fast food place had fresh food; that is how this location feels. That being said, the staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is surprisingly wonderful and chipper. If they could improve some of their minor food issues, this place would become more popular.

First off customer service was great. The asked me if I had a membership and when I told them it was my first time at the store, they gave me my drink for free! I got the sweet potato bowl and was pleasantly surprised at the combination of textures and flavors. They give you a whole sweet potato in the bowl which makes the meal very filling. However the rest of the toppings balanced the sweetness perfectly . Would recommend for lunch any day!
I had the Asian salad with salmon. The food was fresh, healthy, delicious. The portion was good as was the service. Employees were kind and professional. Nalley Fresh is a new favorite place.

We wanted to try a salad place and found this place on google. My experience on this place was great! Staff were very friendly, veggies were fresh, ambience, music and cleanliness was at its best.Initially I thought I may have to take some to go considering their huge portion size but because it was extremely delicious, we completed everything in one go.This will be my to go place whenever I crave for salad!!
Service was quick and friendly. Dinning area was very clean. Food was so so. I wouldn't recommend this place.
