Fuego pizza was good! I think they were stingy with the side of fries and there were paper pieces in my fries. I assume and hope it’s from the container but I found myself chewing on one. So please be more attentive to all aspects of the meal.

Visited Neo’s for Music Bingo and usually have a lovely experience. This evening, however, the experience was sub-par. Ordered chicken wings, fries, and cheese curds. The wings came out and there were only 6 wings. Usually there’s 8, so I asked the red headed waitress if the amount of wings changed, and she said she didn’t know how many wings even are typically served and she said she would ask. Then 10 minutes went by, and she would come by and say she would ask. About 20 minutes later, there was no answer so I ate my 6 wings. Then another lady came and grabbed our plates. When the waitress passed her, she asked the lady if I had asked about the wings again under her breath. It’s just truly rude to not speak with a customer. I just wanted an answer, especially considering the wings are $15. If it’s 6 wings for $15, I’m not going to buy them anymore. Then the waitress continued to ignore us the entire evening, even when making eye contact with our table knowing she never answered our question.

My husband and I used to come to Neo Pizza regularly for trivia night. Over time we noticed the quality of the food declining and stopped going. A couple of weeks ago we decided to give trivia night another try. We came in, put our stuff down at a table for our group of 6, and were about to order when the manager rudely asked if there were more people coming. I told him there were, and he said “oh, well I was going to give this table to a couple of regulars.” He proceeded to offer the six-person table to just one couple. We reluctantly moved outside into the hot weather, where we wouldn’t be able to see or hear the trivia we were there for. We decided it wasn’t worth staying if we were so undervalued as customers.

We had a large group of 30 people for my daughter’s soccer team. We were able to order ahead from the catering menu and they had all the salads and sandwiches ready to go when we arrived. The pizzas and other food came out perfectly timed!
It was a great environment where the (10-year-old) girls could walk around and play games and hang out while the parents sampled beers and talked.
The service was outstanding and the food was good! I highly recommend for a team outing or casual dinner out with friends.

Vegetarian options: The veggie pizza was outstanding for non meat-eaters like myself!

Quite run-of-the-mill. There is something there for almost anyone. Employees seem stressed also. Many parents go here for time away from their kids due to the extensive beer tap and proximity to popular family townhomes.

Ordered a philly cheese steak. Baby this was so dang on good. You know how you order a cheese steak knowing its gonna be a poor replica.. nope this is the real deal.Hubby ordered the pizza and he liked it. Please dont ever change. And please try the philly.
