We discovered this place when we were out one evening. I found it a bit odd that they had tip containers on a table where ine waits in line to place an order, especially one that states 0%. We ordered, and after taking our order, like many places, you're presented with tip options -15%, 20% and 25%. There is one for a custom tip or no tip as well. Since it's a full sized iPad, everyone behind you is watching. My point is, there's pressure to leave a tip before you experience any service. The beer and sodas are self-service. The plates, silverware, napkins, and condiments are self-service as well. The wait for our 14" pizza was significant - we waited about 30 minutes. The waitstaff did bring the pizza to the table. The pizza was good, and we likely will return sometime. But it left me with a bit of a feeling like I was being fleeced for service they don't provide.

Came here after rock climbing and I was not disappointed. Everything we ordered was pretty good.5 stars for 5 reasons1. $20 dollars for 8 slices wasn’t too bad which is the 14’. The great white pizza had a unique sauce on it and it was tasty!2. Good fries and good funnel cake fries.3. Price is pretty good for pizza4. The ambience is really nice, warm and a good spot to take a date or simply bring family here.5. Clean bathroom and nice worker at the cashier and fast service.

Not sure if it's the crust, the cheese or the sauce that does it, but the Pizzas are delicious! Wide variety of beers, plus mix drinks. Good place for kids or adults to hang out. They have coloring books, cards and board games, TVs. The manager (Im assuming thats who he was) came over and apologized to us when we mentioned one of our pizzas was missing. It was no big deal to us to wait a little bit longer, but he paid for my husband's beer, which was very nice. We'd definitely go back!

This spot is sooo cute! Azariah (my apologies if I spelled it wrong) was very welcoming and pleasant. She explained the self serve drink station. Her customer service was top tier. I opted for the margarita which was good! Not too sweet. I had the margherita pizza, added chicken and spinach. My sister had the vegan burger. And the fries are sooooo good!!! Had tvs to watch football. Cant wait to come back when the weather warms up.

This was my first time at Neo. We were greeted by very friendly staff who explained their process and were more than happy to customize my order to accommodate my dietary restrictions.The salmon in my salad was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. The pizza was crispy and had great toppings.This restaurant is definitely worth your time.Dietary restrictions: There are multiple options to allow for vegan or vegetarian options, and they are more than happy to make changes to help with any allergy or medical dietary restrictions you may have.

This is a very self served restaurant, definitely did not expect to celebrate my dad's birthday but he wanted to have pizza with his kids like old times. We use to eat three brothers, I miss that place lol Anyways, Neo was nice, not my cup of tea but it's very clean from the point when you walk in. The staff member was helpful and if you been to the stompys down the street you probably are familiar. If you plan on drinking (liquor/alcohol) you have to leave a card on file and pay with cash when you close if you want to. They give you a card to use where you have many choices from ciders to margaritas. I started off with a strawberry cider I believe. Ordered a small Caesar salad and the brussels sprouts. The brussels sprouts definitely could have been better. They needed to add like some type of saucey dressing. My brothers ordered a 3 topping pizza. It was good, I like my pizza thick enough to hold it New York style. I would come back if my god daughter wants to eat here.
