Nothing Bundt Cakes

Got 2 red velvet, no chocolate chips and tasted very fruity like artificial raspberry,didn't taste like I remember, I didn't even like them, before I loved them

Miss Madina was SO AMAZING!! I did a curbside order in the middle of the thunderstorm And unfortunately, my daughter fell asleep in the car on our way over there. She was kind enough to bring the cake beautifully boxed to our car so I wouldn’t have to get out! I’m so appreciative for this level of customer service!! Nothing Bundt cake is lucky to have such a wonderful employee ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you Miss Madina for saving this mama whole lot of stress today!!!

My daughter turned in her reading log from school here and she was so happy receiving her little cake and her certificate! The staff was so nice. We had no idea they would pull out all these stops.

Got our wedding cake and cupcakes from Nothing Bundt Cakes, it all looked so good and the icing was done perfectly! We picked up the cakes the day before the wedding, it was ready at the exact pickup time, and the next day we let it come to room temp a few hours before serving. The cake and bundtinis were moist and delicious, the guests absolutely loved it! Highly recommend NBC for weddings!

So much better than Owings Mills! The cakes are always in stock even after 2pm. Prompt service with a smile, not that I need the smile but it’s appreciated. I work near this location but was hesitant to go because OM stock was always low and I didn’t have time to wait in my car for 20 minutes. I’ll definitely return.

Worse people and service. I ordered a cake to be delivered to my daughter. On not getting the cake when I called them they said it has been picked up by they don't know who. The lady on call was so rude. Then they said they will call back in 15 min which no one did and on calling back they closed the store for the day by then probably. Most pathetic service and now there is no cake for my daughter and ofcourse i lost the money. Worse store and people ever.

This is one of my favorite places to go for a sweet treat. My favorite is the White Chocolate Rasberry. I also like the Red Velvet, but those chocolate chips are a no for me. Service is always good. They have a rewards program.

I had a problem with getting an order from this bakery, through know fault of their own (an ingredients logistical issue). I was getting miffed, then the owner Brian gets on the phone explains the situation and does everything in his power to make it up to me. It made me feel heard and respected as a customer. As for the cakes…res ipsa loquitur! I wasn’t sure about this particular franchise, but now I see they’re pretty awesome!

Cakes are excellent!!! Service is 50/50. Today was a different experience. The person at the cash register was ice cold and very short. I couldn't even get a whole sentence out.
I'll try again another time...

I got to be the pickup guy (see parking feedback below for Columbia store) and taste tester! The Bundtini cakes were great, very tasty, very moist, and a perfect alternative to cup cakes. I'm looking forward to our next event so we can get more - especially the larger size!!

Parking: Use Google map to zoom in to see parking and to best plan your visit. The NBBC store front faces the main road where there's a narrow perpendicular parking area, shared with other business's.

It’s a shame the limit is 5 stars because this location deserves a much higher rating for their service. I’m regrettably moving out of the area but will undoubtedly make the trek to this specific location to continue supporting the wonderful staff. Jessica and her team make every visit better than the last. This is not a public shill post, this is a genuine review from someone who at a low point was shown unnecessary kindness by the employees at this store and won’t forget it. Thank you ?
