I waited over an hour from the time I was seated for a pasta dinner. A simple pasta dinner. I will never go back to this poorly managed Olive Garden again.

This was giving early 90’s/ early 2000’s Olive Garden, 5 Stars hands down! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I went yesterday with my family, the food was hot, delicious, and came out fast! The server was delightful! Chef kiss to this whole experience! ✨

we came here to celebrate a birthday but sadly it wasn’t a good experience. the server was not very attentive and he did not lead the conversation.. he would come up to our table and just stand there and basically wait for us to ask him questions and tell him what we wanted, we would say thank you after he would bring our drinks and apps etc and he wouldn’t even bother to say anything back it was just a weird interaction overall like he did not want to be there. food was good service was just weird and awkward..

I have always enjoyed getting the Zuppa Toscana soup, but it seems that over the past few months the kale they are using is either not fresh or it's overcooked.
The kale used to be a deep, dark beautiful green, with a nice texture. However, now it's almost pale green and color and mushy! I've never seen kale look like that!
They need to start using fresh kale leaves like they used to because this is ridiculous. I told the manager about it on one of my visits and she didn't do anything. The waitress did bring me a new bowl but it was the same thing.

On the next visit, the kale in my y soup still looked horrible. Fortunately, the soup still had its delicious flavor. It just didn't look good with the slimy light green kale!

I love getting the fettuccine alfredo. Over the past several months they have become stingy with the sauce! It used to be that all of the noodles were covered with the sauce but now some of the noodles are dry because they didn't add enough!
I'm truly hoping these problems are isolated to this particular location. I'm inclined to go to a different location and see if things are better with the kale they are using in my soup and the fettuccine alfredo sauce on my entree.

Don't order delivery from this place. They rip you off by giving you half portions. My order cost $164.35. Two side orders of mashed potatoes was the only thing I wanted for me. The two containers I got were the exact same size they serve their croutons in and literally only have full! Really bad service for a customer that places such a large order. Really bad service for ANY customer! Why can't I post a picture for this review?

Horrible. Could not figure out where to sit us for at least a good 5 minutes. The girl acted like she had no idea what to do. The service for this restaurant had continued to go down hill. Management needs to change.

Let me start by saying originally I was not excited about our experience, the host was not very helpful and must not have informed the wait staff as we sat for atleast 15 mins without water or a word.
That being said a charming, friendly and smiling Destany came to our table to ask if we have been served, as soon as she found out we were without service she jumped quickly into action to take care of every single need we had. She is a wonderful person and an amazing employee, she made our night fun and memorable. Thank you again for the great food and service. We will for sure be back!
