I will not be ordering from the Columbia mall location ever again. I place a order on the panda express app for delivery. When I received my order everything was correct no complaints with quality or accuracy. However, after taking a few bits I noticed a piece of black short hair stuck to my steak. I instantly lost my appetite. I did reached out to corporate to file a complaint it's been a few weeks and I'm still waiting for a response.

It's not at all healthy for you, but when I'm at a mall or airport, I crave Panda Express. This one is in the mall's food court and serves all of their dishes, including the popular orange chicken. Get it with white rice. It's so good!

Service was top notch. The folks distributing the food have the fervor that makes me want to come back just to support them. The food was as delicious as it could possibly get from a panda express. Great stuff!

First I have to take a accountability for my visit here because as soon as I recognized how rude the employees were behind the counter, I should have walked away. Everything after that was a complete fail. Food and all.

The food is fine. However, I just ordered the "5 person family dinner". It was definitely NOT sufficient for 5 people, of any size, much less a family of 2 adults and 3 children. There were 5 containers that appear to be the same regular size as any other Chinese food place would be. Three were supposed to be entrees and two were sides. Entree makes it sound like it's at least double the size of a side. It was not.
