Very clean, but the service and food were ok. Chow mein was dry & bland, and the cashier seemed annoyed when I asked her for a few red hot sauce packets- their noodles and rice are bland, I neeeeed the hot sauce to spice it up!

I am a regular customer of panda express, my daughter loved their food, i have come back to back 3 times in 10 days here in Columbia location, their fried rice kind of raw , rice is not cook properly you can literally feel the rawness of rice hard and also white from inside, not sure if they change their recipe or new people, hopefully they can improve their service. Being a chef i know it’s happen sometimes but regularly is not acceptable.
I am a very frequent visitor of panda express and everywhere i go i find the attendents very pleasant and polite but it is totally different experience whenever i visit this joint in Columbia dobbin road outlet. Here the attendent Pauline is extremely rude and impolite. This the second time i got this kind of treatment. While she can decide whome to give a courtsey smile and whom to give a disgruntled frown she cannot absolutely be so poor with her service. She served people cutting the line ahead of me. Her serving the portions is also smaller than other Panda Express outlets
The food here is just not very good. The rice is very dry and hard. Nothing is very hot, just slightly warmer than room temp.

Everyone is soo right about the portion Size!!! They barely give you any of the meat you select but make sure they fill you up with Rice. It's sad I'd rather go into the mall and getter better food, better portion size and friendlier service. I was not greeted when I came in or even acknowledged. Def never going back to this location.

The manager cing is really good she have excellent customer service skills, very humble and polite.
I had meant to write about this place awhile ago but i had forgotten until now. This was maybe a few months after this location had opened where I came in got my 3 item combo but the asian girl at the front gave me the smallest portions. I had been to Panda numerous times at other locations so i knew what was normal. I complained and after some back and forth where she didnt want to give me more, she says something to the chef who may have even been her father. He comes over and takes this big scoop and puts it down all sloppily on my plate like he was mad but giving me what i wanted. Now I never go to this location and just use the one like 1 mile away. I was wondering why this location was so dead since it's in Dobbin Center and it's an old 5guys, but now i know. They get what they deserve. I just wonder what motivates this location to try and skimp on customers vs other locations.
