I absolutely love this Panera! No matter how busy or slow it is, the staff is consistently kind and welcoming. The manager, in particular, always has a smile on their face and is ready to help with anything. Whether I’m stopping in for a full meal or just a quick coffee, I always leave in a better mood. There are plenty of Paneras in the area, but this one is hands-down the best!

I come here pretty frequently and either get mobile pick up or order in store. Every time I’ve gotten food from here it’s been quick, correct and yummy. Whenever I order any of the sandwiches, they make it exactly like I ask for. The employees who work here are also quite nice! Never had any issues here, 10/10!!

I was picking up an order at Panera Bread in Dobbin Center and was served by an employee named SAIF, who was the rudest and most unfriendly person on earth. I find it disrespectful that they hire people with such a poor sense of cordiality and kindness. The employee SAIF treated me in the worst possible way.

Placed an order for two French Ciabbatta Dippers and I might as well have just had bread with a small cup of onion soup. For $11 each it was ridiculous. To top it off, the order was 15 minutes late and the establishment was almost empty.

For the second time. This location has messed up my order. The first time, they left my cookies out the bag. Never received a refund. And this time the wrong food... Ordered chicken and wild rice and received chicken noodle soup... wasted money again.

All I ordered was a bacon turkey bravo, no modifications. They gave me bread with sauce and tomato’s with lettuce and no meat….Avoid this Panera.

Their sandwiches r complete garbage. I tried the toasted Italiano and it came with just two slices of ham. They try to make the sandwich look bigger by adding a mountain of lettuce. And they charge over $10 for this. Maybe I'm out of touch but I don't agree with paying over $10 for stale bread and lettuce. Service was good tho
