Worst experience ever - believe all the bad reviews. I have ordered Papa John's for many business meetings for 10 years. This location is a complete let down compared to all others. I had 25 people waiting for pizza that was supposed to arrive at 11:15 and finally arrived at noon. The excuses I received from the store were ridiculous. They said they were very far away. The app picks the store from which to order and the store was only 9 minutes away. Save yourself the trouble and order from someone else.

Believe the bad reviews! I saw the negative reviews and thought, “It’s just a simple order—how bad could it be?” Big mistake. The level of incompetence at this location is honestly impressive. The staff is unprofessional and completely ignores basic instructions. My order was very late, and when it finally arrived, it still wasn’t right. I’ve seen snowball stands run by high schoolers that operate with more care and efficiency. Do yourself a favor—go somewhere else.

Tried the Papa John’s on Harpers Farm Road, and wow… what a journey. Not a good one, though—more like a road trip where the car breaks down, the snacks run out, and you realize you left your wallet at home.
Let’s start with the pizza. It was undercooked to the point where I wondered if it was just a cold dough experiment gone wrong. The crust? Flatter than my enthusiasm after the first bite. No crunch, no spring—just a sad, damp circle of regret. It was like they took a deep breath, whispered “good enough,” and shoved it in the box.
Then came the garlic parmesan wings, which I can only assume were marinated in disappointment. They were soggy, lacked any baked texture, and after two bites, I decided life was too short to keep going. I wouldn’t call them wings—more like unmotivated chicken chunks.
The one small win? The baked cookie. It was passable—maybe a 6/10. Nothing life-changing, but at least it wasn’t actively offensive. Oh, and the delivery was quick! The food got here 20 minutes before the estimated time, which was a bit suspicious. Like, did they even cook it?

Low tier food. Very lukewarm food and mediocre taste. Pretty expensive. The only real service is the order, at least they bring it out pretty fast. Also, minimal sitting. Most of the restaurant is just the kitchen. Only 2 benches. Overall, bad quality. The domino's a little farther away is WAY better. Just go there.
