First time ordering from this location. It turned out to be the worst Papa Johns in DMV. Believe the reviews. Ordered heavy sauce - pizza arrived dry, salty, and little sauce. My mistake was not reading the reviews for this location before I ordered.

I live very close to this location. So I always do pick up. The food is great but everytime I come to this location to pick up. No one treats me when I walk in. I have to wait about 10min everytime before anyone even says a word to me.... and the whole time my food is on the rack waiting for me. Either they are very under staffed or the employees truly do not care. Im currently in the building and there are 4 other people waiting no on has said anything to us.... I dont usually get annoyed by this I understanf you are busy but im hungry....

Probably most sketchy area of columbia. Inconvenient location behind buildings and up 2 flights of stairs. The Papa Dipper sucked. Can't customize it and slices weren't even cut all the way thru and was dried out on the 10min drive home. The whole experience just wasn't good in my opinion. Really regret this choice for dinner

I give this store 1 star because they don’t have the zero option!!!!!!! Liars customer services ! Is not just come 2 1/2 hr late, pizza was cold and they don’t even bring a drink when I order! I called the same day and the guy told me, “ I will call you back to add a new pizza and a drink….” I’m still waiting for that call until today 3 weeks ago! When i called the lady say she can’t do nothing about!!!! Thank you Mr John’s for your trained personal!!!

I ordered a cheeseburger pizza. Instead of using ground beef like they are supposed to, they used pork sausage. I cannot eat pork.
Worst experience ever - believe all the bad reviews. I have ordered Papa John's for many business meetings for 10 years. This location is a complete let down compared to all others. I had 25 people waiting for pizza that was supposed to arrive at 11:15 and finally arrived at noon. The excuses I received from the store were ridiculous. They said they were very far away. The app picks the store from which to order and the store was only 9 minutes away. Save yourself the trouble and order from someone else.

I really appreciate your calling to follow up and make sure everything was good. I eat there for lunch and sometimes see you when I stop by. Believe the bad reviews! I saw the negative reviews and thought, “It’s just a simple order—how bad could it be?” Big mistake. The level of incompetence at this location is honestly impressive. The staff is unprofessional and completely ignores basic instructions. My order was very late, and when it finally arrived, it still wasn’t right. I’ve seen snowball stands run by high schoolers that operate with more care and efficiency. Do yourself a favor—go somewhere else.

Its like they purposely do the OPPOSITE of what you order. Ask for square you get regular, ask for extra sauce you get little sauce… just plain ignorant.
