Pizza. Papa John's Pizza. Take put or delivery. It's not a sit down kinda place. Drivers take up parking spots in front but they come and go. If you like 👍👌 Papa John's Pizza then this is the place for you. If you don't, well, why would you go??? Huh???

How do you even make a pizza so greasy. (1of2) The box was soaked in it.
Also the amount of salt in the Garlic crust topping made it near inedible.
If it wasn't so late I'd have taken it back.
Be warned.

This is our first experience with Papa John’s and their delivery service. It was FABULOUS!!!! Not only was the food delivered on time, it was piping hot. Needless to say, I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

We used to order exclusively at this location a year or two ago. The staff was friendly and they made the pizza the way we liked. As of recently we have been ordering extra sauce and extra cheese but were not getting what we paid for. I went to pickup my pizza a few days ago and there was literally one worker. Nice old man but he was clearly overwhelmed. My issue was with the delivery guy. He came in and just started working on pizzas and disregarded all of the people standing around. I had to ASK for my food after 2 others came after me and was given their pizza. My food was sitting there the entire 30 minutes that I was standing in the store. Very disappointing service. I can see why they have no staff. Unfortunately, we will not be ordering from papa johns anymore.

Order pizza with extra cheese and meat lover. No extra cheese, the pizza was terrible. Will never order a pizza from that location again the worst pizza I ever had.

The manager or employee by the name of John or Jason is very rude and unprofessional
He use profanity words and very inpatient
I don't wish nobody on losing they job but he shouldn't work there

They could be better with cheese though- please put enough to cover the sauce! Also, less crust and more pizza!!

Food was hot and was delivered faster than estimated.

The worker is very friendly and open the door.
It is my first that I met very friendly worker at Papa Johns. Compared to Papa Johns at Burtonsville, the worker is much friendly and nice at Columbia. I don’t want to go to Papa Johns at Burtonsville again.

The cooks and managers today were amazing. They made my event happen perfectly.

They were the only place that would deliver to the rest area on I-95 South! Plus they have great people answering the phones and delivering the pizza. They really helped brighten this rainy day!

I got off work Friday evening at 5:30. On my way home I called to place an order around 5:45 to be exact. Was told my order would be about 30 minutes. Mind you I placed the order before I got home. Had a long day working and wanted to relax and eat a pizza. 6:45 comes , no pizza so I called to see when they would get to my home. Spoke with a young man who told me my pizza was still there waiting to be taken. I asked for a discount since I waited so long and was offered a credit which I declined.because I truly do not plan to order from here again. Dominos is a bit more expensive but I’d rather pay them. At least my food would have been here on time. Terrible service and I would know because I work in the food industry. Not sure if their corporate office pays attention to these reviews and if you do, swift action needs to be taken. I will not order from this location ever again.

This delivery driver shook up the drink before handing it to us and gave me the finger when I asked him if he really just shook up the drink. I called to let the manager know, he was completely nonchalant about it and didn’t seem to care at all. Order with caution and know your food/drinks are going to be messed with.
