This order is for their absence of customer service. I mistakenly ordered from Pho Dat Thanh in Columbia, not Towson. When I called, they had already started my order. They refused to refund me. I understand covering food costs, but they could've made some attempt to assist me. They claimed to be unaffiliated with the Towson location (despite sharing a website.) The only option given to me was to pick up an order 45 minutes away. Ridiculous.

Coming back to reiterate this is the best Vietnamese restaurant in the area. Everything is phenomenal but I have to say the clay ginger chicken is my absolute favorite. The service is also phenomenal. Everyone is kind, helpful and very welcoming!
Our table had 4 pho lunches. The chicken pho was superb and large as were the brisket and the shrimp phos. Highly recommend if you want a taste of vietnamese food.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free noodles available.

I have only gone there for Pho and thoroughly enjoy it. I have eaten Pho at many restaurants and Pho Dat Thanh is right near the top of the list. Sometimes the service staff seem to lack any interest or share any pleasantries with the customer. Overall, a nice place to go.

Disclaimer, I have not tried their pho yet. I came here for the grilled meat dishes and they're absolutely delicious. Meets we're tender, juicy and spiced just right. I brought 7 orders for my coworkers and they all loved it. It'll be a regular thing for us now.
