This restaurant being rated 4.4 stars has shaken my faith in Google reviews. The food was absolutely terrible. I got the Bun Bo Hue and everything tasted off, almost as if the meat had gone bad and that taste is permeates the soup.
My friend had gotten pho and our broths looked identical and she also agreed that her dish tasted like it had gone bad.
We had ordered the fresh spring rolls as well and they tasted stale without a lot of the dipping sauce.
Worst food ever, do not come here.

I ordered summer rolls and a grilled beef banh mi. The summer rolls were mostly lettuce, not much of the shrimp or sliced pork came through. The banh mi was disappointing - very little meat for the price of $9. If you have bite both ends to find the meat, there's not enough meat. The baguette was good. The cilantro was limp. Service was attentive and the food was delivered quickly. I just wish the food that I ordered had been better.

LaCay offers a variety of Vietnamese options. I appreciate that they have banh mi and steamed buns. I wish the coffee was made with chicory coffee and sweetened condensed milk. I'll happily return here. Food is good & the customer service is pleasant.

Hi there,
I ordered lunch today but couldn't finish it because the broth was too salty, and my lunch time was only 30 minutes. So I brought the leftovers home, hoping to fix it with the extra onions, cilantro, and lime I requested and paid extra for.
However, the limes were rotten and looked used. I wish I had noticed this earlier to request a refund in person. As a cook, I would never serve something like that. If this is the service provided openly, I worry about what happens behind the scenes.

Very nice cozy restaurant with quick service. The food came out within 10 minutes and was so good. The flavors of the chicken pho remind you of cold days snuggled in warm blankets. The add one that come with it (cilantro, peppers, bean sprouts and lime) enhance the flavors of the broth and makes your soul feel a bit cozier.

The pho was absolutely amazing with generous portions. The food was served promptly, and the customer service was excellent. The establishment was clean & pleasant, with great music adding to the enjoyable atmosphere. Highly recommend!

They charged me for the takeout containers on a takeout order. Kind of cheesy I think. The pho has gone a bit downhill as well.

This place is overpriced and not even close to mediocre. The pho is tasteless and has no scent. There is just a thick layer of oil on top. The meat was skimpy. We only got one half of a meatball. Don't come to this place expecting good pho. They just fill it with noodles and broth-like water. Does not deserve anything but one star.
