The wait here is horrible
Pizza, pasta and wings were DELICIOUS! Service was swift and the staff was kind! Thank you for being great at what you all do!
I’m not sure if those that left those bad reviews just came on a bad day, or just…I honestly don’t know but I will say today I went and recorded swift and efficient service. I placed my order over the phone, it was ready as soon as I arrived, it was hot and it was delicious.
That’s what I know – give it a try - and hopefully you’ll have a similar time!

I ordered from DoorDash but this is the 3rd time I’ve had issues w/ this location! I PAID extra for pan but received TWO (1 large & 1 medium) hand tossed pizzas! On top of that the large was completely covered in pepperoni which I did not order, it was supposed to 1 large pan cheese pizza & 1 medium pan pepperoni pizza but was half cheese half pepperoni hand tossed. My family is Muslim so we do NOT eat pork but got the pepperoni for a family friend! We were left only with 4 SLICES of cheese. Luckily I ordered cheesey bread so three children were able to eat. The first time my husband came home & 1 of our 3 pizzas had zero cheese, we were told to come back to get what we ordered, the 2nd time it was a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ORDER but my husband was told this is all they had?? We were told to speak to the manager for a full refund, however every time I called I was put on hold for over 10 mins! This is the worst Pizza Hut! Complete incompetence, negligence & horrible customer service.

I've changed my rating from five stars to one star. The app is glitchy and buggy and I had to go through it six times before it would allow me to complete the order. The field for email address is grayed out so you cannot fill it in unless you choose curbside pickup. When I got there I clicked on the link to say I'm here but the link in the app is not an active link so I clicked on the Link in the email that says I'm here and it said call the store. I called the store seven times and sat outside for almost 10 minutes before a person finally came out

The absolute worst pizza experience. The dirty hallway of a pizza hut would not of made me not order. The customer service and food was the worst I've EVER had. The woman at the counter did not know 2hat she was doing moving slower then all hell and had a back up food three high. But she was not doing anything about it. Literally moving in slow motion or there just to put down the food to the lower rack. She told me the food wasn't ready I said but it's right there.... she said okay onsecond. Still Took ten minutes to not hand it to me but put it down on the other side of the counter with my outreached arms. I feel as if she was not giving food to the people that did not leave tips. She intently watches as you pay and then gives u a dirty look. Waited forever for food that turned out to be the worst pizza and chicken ever. Somehow the chicken was completely overdone but the pizza was complete dough. When I say dough.... dough. The chicken was not like the chicken at other pizza huts it was 3 pieces of unseasoned chicken with a side of sauce. Worst experience ever. Wasted food for the whole family. Wasted money. Stay clear or leave a tip because youmight end up with playdough and charcoal.

I ordered a pick up order over the phone. The order was wrong I tried calling several times and no one is picking up the phone. I called the online ordering folks they couldn’t help with the order either and also couldn’t connect with the store. They sent me to corporate, corporate sends you right next to the store. Pizza Hut has terrible service and it’s no surprise that chains are going out of business and ppl are losing jobs with customer service like this.
I bought two pizzas with the same ingredients and when I got home one of the pizzas was different. I called them and told them they were wrong and they left me on the line and they didn't answer my calls again.

Pre-ordered my food hours earlier...and it was readyv45mins after the scheduled time. While I was there, other people left because their orders were taking to long. Clerk was really rude and said it will be ready when it is ready.

It was bad a decade ago and still bad today. We wanted to like this location because it's walking distance to our house but it's just bad. Wrong orders, and cold pizza on multiple occasions the few times we attempted over the years.

i placed my order over the phone lady with accent was very nice told me it will take 30 min for a single pizza.
fine no problem i gave an extra 10 minutes so i head to the store and for my surprise there was NOT pizza order. there were 3 young guys VERY DIRTY KITCHEN EMPLOYES WITH NOT HAIRNETS VERY DISORGANISE AND not paying attention to my complaint.
clearly knowing the type of EMPLOYEES unprofessional no customer service oriented MY COMPLAINT will go nowhere.

I went to this location on Sunday August 11th 2024. The door says that the location open at the hour I came, but the door was locked. There was an employee inside, a lady with pink hair, I could see her through the window. I called the phone number outside, she picked up, and explained that the location was closed because of lack of workers. Absolute waste of time.
