This company ( Pizza Hut, Minstrel Pkwy, Columbia,MD) has unprofessional management and discriminates against employees with disabilities. Store Manager refers to employees as “her workers” as if she’s running a plantation and is very rude and threatens to fire employees and replace any chance she can get. District manager is rude as well. Fired my family member who is disabled after 28 hrs of work and never gave proper training or accommodations and this was their first job. Store manager’s reasoning was that they didn’t meet standard and catch on like the other employees hired at the same time. I just want to bring awareness about this situation and hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else’s friend or loved one. This is Discrimination at it’s finest! I will never support this company and neither will anyone else I know.

I went to the store to buy a small cheese pizza Dominic the person that took care of me. She’s an angel for him from heaven. I didn’t have enough money for my pizza, but I had enough money to buy a cheese pizza. She was very kind, generous, very understanding, she said to me, I added pepperoni for you and that touch my heart. I started to cry. Everything that’s happening to me right now healthwise you know I’m going through cancer treatments unemployed not having a lot of support and feeling alone. She made my day my night better I was stuck in the area with the flat tire and she was kind enough to tell me to come back the next day for a large pizza , she’s an angel a blessed store, beautiful atmosphere. The pizza is great taste wonderful she’s very loving very attentive very professional. She’s amazing.

Horrible experience when it come to getting someone to answer the line to hear my concern about my order that was delivered was not the right one. Upon calling the store no one answered. When I called the other line they stated they couldn’t do anything and transferred the call and still my concern wasn’t. Worst experience ever from a major chain store.

Ordered a large half pepperoni Pan pizza for take out using my Hut Rewards. The pizza was ready in 15 minutes flat, the lady greeted us so happily and nicely when we walked in and helped us so well. We eat Pizza Hut frequently from many different locations and this was by far one of the best we've eaten, ever! It was perfectly made and delicious! Would definitely eat here again!Parking: There is tons of parking.Kid-friendliness: Of course it's kid friendly!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it has ramps and multiple clearly marked handicapped spots directly out front.

Ordered hand tossed super Supreme. Great toppings, except lacking cheese. Very little? Had to hunt. Toppings wanted to fall off. Needs more cheese.

There is this tall young African American man that is Muslim that will offer you plates and napkins after giving you your order he’s very polite and nice, he communicates well and lets you know how long your meal is going to take, he also when one of my pizzas wasn’t the right toppings made a new pizza for me and this was done under five minutes. When you see that tall man with a cap on just know your pizzas will taste amazing.Kid-friendliness: That man was so polite to me and my kids even offered them plates and napkins.
