CAN YOU TURN THE FREAKING HEAT UP IN THE SEATING AREA?!!!! Been in here twice and it's cold as hell in the seating area!!!! Damn!!! It IS winter you know. This ain't New Orleans!!!!

They got my order all sorts of wrong. When I went back they accused me of eating my food. So let’s think logically here. You gave me my order and extra food (you know that never happens at this location) and I ate my food then brought back the extra stuff to complain??? I said pull the tapes and check who bagged my order. Got my money back.

My two classic chicken sandwiches and coleslaw order was stellar. The brioche buns, pickles, and the fried chicken were fresh and perfectly cooked and assembled. The slaw was cold, fresh, crunchy and wonderfully sauced. The service was professional, timely and courteous. The restaurant was spectacularly clean and well maintained. Out of all the Popeyes I have visited, this one is on the top of the list. Go and enjoy!

The customer service was excellent I had somewhat of a complicated order but the employee ensured all my items were there before I left the drive thru.

Food was hot but lots of dirty tables, staff was nice but also one staff member was sleeping at a nearby table. Normally it wouldn't bother me but their face and head were on the table.

Had an absolute nightmare of an experience today over the smallest issue. Ordered a large mashed potatoes and gravy. Super basic. Super simple. The top had almost no gravy (I’ve been ordering this for years and I know what the serving size is) so I simply asked for it to be fixed and said if you could please either add a little more on top or on the side, it’s no problem, things happen.” She said no and then laughed at me. She said if you want more you have to pay for it. I said I wouldn’t have minded if I was legitimately asking for an extra portion size but for $6 I’d like the gravy I paid for. I couldn’t believe I was having a discussion about getting my food as intended. She proceeded to literally ignore me and act like I wasn’t there.

I never complain like this but after that experience I think other people should know not to support this location. She was the manager and one of the rudest people I’ve ever spoken to in a service setting, even half a dozen people in line were shaking their heads, commenting, and multiple people said they couldn’t believe how she was treating all the customers. Even the nice elderly women and her son before me she was very rude to when they asked to add more chicken to their order. They couldn’t believe her responses and the way she was speaking to them. There was also a man in there who had been asking about his food for 15 mins (according to him) and she was blatantly ignoring him.

The whole place was worked up. Every customer was irritated. She should be fired.

I’m making sure to contact corporate and I’ll never give this Popeyes my business again. Insanity.

Yikes, when I went to order some wings, they were out of all the sauces I wanted. One would be a fluke, but my three top choices? Come on. Stay on top of your inventory.

The food was hot but had no flavor. It needed salt or something. The strips, mashed potatoes, and even the biscuit was bland. Very disappointed.

This location has the worst customer service. The signage next to the drive thru window stated one price and when I got to the cashier window they said they don't know what the signage says and they will not honor the price posted. Several women told me they were all the managers. I spoke with Tara (I don't think this was her name) and she was rude and would not look at the sign. They all told me they don't pay attention to the signage in front of the drive thru. That is absolutely ridiculous. If this is how your business operates is completely backwards and unethical. I will never give you any of my business again.

Was doing a door dash order , the manger Blanca very rude , and disrespectful, all over her not having pepper chicken tenders down , began to make Spanish slurs against me and more , I’m sure door dash contacted your store , this incident happened on 6/12/25 , around 1 in the after noone
