I love Popeyes, but this location is the worst. The customer service SUCKS!! THEY ARE RUDE AND THEY SPEAK SPANISH THINKING YOU DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SAYING. MY ORDER IS NEVER RIGHT. I PROMISED MYSELF THEY WOULD NEVER GET MY MONEY AGAIN!

Love popeyes, but not this location. Most recently they told me I cannot order all dark for my meal. They said they didn't have any legs, which im okay with if they ran out, so I asked for all thighs and they denied me those as well. Is there a shortage on chicken that I'm not aware of? I have never been denied for an all dark request before at any location. The previous time, I mobile ordered and they made the order as soon as they got it instead of when I checked in so the food was soggy and cold. ? never going to this location again.

Just went through the drive through on Centre Park in Columbia, Md. as i arrived at the window to pick up my food i caught the cashier spitting in her hands and then rubbing it onto some paper. I said to her did she just spit and she said she was cleaning her hands...wow! Can't eat here!

They seem to never have items on the electronic drive-thru board. They get orders wrong. I ordered shrimp. I got chicken nuggets with cocktail sauce and tartar sauce.
