If I could give zero stars I would. Order a salad for delivery and was given an OLD PREMADE salad with brown, wilted lettuce. This is terrible service to paying customers. Too often establishments take delivery orders as an opportunity to get rid of low quality products because customer isn’t present to dispute it. DO BETTER!

Skimpy sub for the $ on meat /cheese, even paid for extra cheese. Must be invisible cheese. My favorite. This place is pretty much Subway with a different name. Still searching for a decent sub in Howard County. The quest continues.

I'm that person that only ever orders one thing. The wreck with hots is a beautiful thing. Shout-out to Nicholas for another great quick lunch.

Sandwiches looked ok, but shaker stuff and area were disgusting. Sink had full of dirty dishes and stuffs. They didn't wash mixer while they were making 5 different shake, no gloves and opened packages of cookies and other things came out from drawers here and there, and went to the mixer. The freezer that keeps icecream looks didn't clean for months and old dirty strain all over the place.
As soon as I walked out from the store, I threw out 3 shakes I ordered because I didn't want to get sick.

1st time here. Waited for awhile to be greeted. They seemed occupied n overwhelmed with to go orders. Ordered a BLTA
It was lettuce and tomato basically. Says sliced avocado there wasn't one slice n it's a BACON lettuce tomatoe... 2 slices of bacon. Come on no avocado n bearly any bacon. Very 😞 disappointing.

As a former Employee/ Manager this location was fantastic. Really enjoyed the recommendations from the Employee and everything was fast fresh and delicious. The district Manager must be doing a great job.

It’s pretty ok. Dunno why I went to get a sandwich and mac n cheese. I usually like this spot, but I took a bite and put it away. The sandwich was good though.

Whenever I crave a hot turkey and Swiss sandwich, I usually drive to a nearby Potbelly's. It always tastes the same at any of their franchise locations, and I pair it with a bag of chips and an IBC root beer. Can't be beat!

I use to like this establishment. Went today and ordered an Italian sub. This guy kept asking if I want artichokes when I just wanted lettuce and tomatoes. I think half the staff knows English and barely knows how to make signature sandwiches. Still left a tip. Hope they do well.

Bought roast beef and chicken sandwiches on multigrain bread; both were horrible. Serious decline in quality since I purchased roast beef sandwich here a couple of months ago. I will not return.

Black lady in the ponytail who was there today was very rude! No manners, bad facial expressions, and horrible customer service. If you dont want to work there go elsewhere, but dont ruin everybody elses day.
