The location in Columbia is horrible. When you are served, they are incredible slow, and today, I went in, waited almost ten minutes and no one was showed yo to take my order. I am done with this place.

We used too good to go, the app, to purchase and were really excited about it. We loved juice places where we used to live. The juice is really good, but the service was not very kind. Just felt super unwelcomed and like a problem.

After a morning workout we decided we would try out an açaí bow location nearby. Upon walking in the look and feel of Pure Green was neat, bright and open. I definitely enjoyed the styling of the natural wood color, white tables & swing chairs. Since we've never tried açaí before my husband opted to try an açaí bowl - coconut chia açaí and I tried a Pitaya bowl - Pure Pitaya. I really enjoyed the texture comparisons between the blended fruit, crunchy granola and berry toppings. The cashier was honest and friendly. I believe the owner was present during our visit checking in on our first experience with of bowls. If you prefer to eat your smoothie or just switch it up a bit I'd say why not give Pure Green a try. Now remember health foods are always a little more of an investment in comparison to fast food, but this location seemed to have a variety of options for any health nut or someone interested in exploring healthier options. These included toasts, oatmeals, acai bowls, smoothies and juices. Maybe the owners should consider some sort of reward system for deals later on for a future purchase or visit.

I love this place! Always very clean and pleasant to visit. The decor is so aesthetically pleasing, giving off very peaceful vibes and the smoothies are so refreshing, the tropical breeze is my favorite it’s the perfect pick me up! My daughter has a dairy allergy and I’m pretty sure she could have everything if not almost everything on the menu. I so appreciate the variety of vegan options. The avocado toast is delicious. I can see they really care about quality and quality assurance as they are always consistently good. Lastly Daye goes above and beyond for her customers, I’m so grateful to have this place here in Colombia ❤️

I really want to like this place. But there some persistent problems causing me to look for similar cafes. First I signed up for the star bonus points toward a free menu items as I am a frequent customer. After getting four stars, the number is not moving when I make new purchases. I have been here a half-dozen times since my points froze, entered my number at the register and experienced the same problem. The staff person said she could not help and declined to give me the manager's name or when the manager is at the store. She is pretty indifferent to the whole problem. The same staff member basically hangs out in the kitchen, so you have to let her know a customer is in the shop, if you want counter service. No one is generally in here so I guess she does not consider this a problem. The elevator music that plays in the background also is very loud. I wear headphones if I am trying to get work done; most of the time there are no customers choosing to stay after they pick up an order, so there is no one inside to hear it anyway.Parking: There is plenty of convenience here and folks always can have their orders delivered.
