Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The waiter gave us the wrong bill, it was for the group behind us (three people). We were a part of two. He tried make it even but saying the bills were almost the same and off by a dollar so he just gave a dollar to the group that was overcharged. However, I looked and saw that on our bill he charged double charged a meal which made the bills even. My husband already blindly paid the bill before I realized it. He had already gotten a 20+% tip with the wrong bill. I knew something was off that our bills were the same because we were only two people. He gave us the money back in cash for the meal he overcharged but not the tip. It was very annoying and sloppy how he handled things.

The food is good but not great. I still haven't tried the pizza yet but not a huge fan of the gourmet burgers. I prefer the tavern burgers but neither has much flavor in the burger itself. I go mainly for the garlic fries which I love

Worst restaurant in Columbia for any type of consistency. They seem to always forget, make the incorrect item, list goes on.
Would LOVE to have a manager read this and actually reach out, so I can give it another chance (version 10)

Went in to use my birthday burger reward. Tried the new Madlove burger. 10 layers of yummy. Candied bacon was spot on!

I've had positive experiences at this location however... I went last weekend with the kids I was seated right away. I sat at my table for 13 minutes and not a single person acknowledged me at all. I had no drinks I wasn't even asked. My daughter managed to color her complete kids menu coloring before I told them we were leaving. We went next door to Longhorn and had the most amazing lunch for half the price. Give Longhorn a try you will save money and an hour of your time.

Busy place, not the healthiest, but were able to take a party of 10.

Kid-friendliness: Super easy for kids with a kids menu. They have tons of TVs and screens on every table, so if that drives you nuts, this is not the place for you.

I sat in the bar area. Will was awesome. Took very good care of me and the other bar patrons. He was attentive, courteous, friendly, polite, and professional. He deserves a raise! I will be coming back.

Don't come here...service sucks...I dont care what time it is. When you go to an establishment you go to spend your hard earn money on quality food and quality service. Just like when you shop in my grocery store you come to spend your money and get great customer service...this place does not have good service. I won't spend my money here ill go somewhere else. The fact it's my 2nd time in Red Robin because the 1st time yrs ago like 2008 my service was bad. Yea ill just write this off....and I walked out. I won't eat here I don't have too.
