Was seated never was greted by sever, walked right by us. Waited and never came back walked out without any food.

Disappointed Regular! Tired of the Same Mistakes
I used to really enjoy Red Robin, but I’m beyond frustrated at this point. I’m a regular customer and almost always order the Southwest Salad. Without fail, it’s always missing something — whether it’s the avocado, tortilla strips, or the chipotle dressing. Lately, it’s gotten worse. The last few times, they barely gave me any lettuce or chicken and you forgot the avocado( the star of the show). For $18, you’d expect a full, fresh salad with all the listed ingredients, not a sad handful of lettuce and a single bite of chicken.

It’s incredibly disappointing to keep paying full price for a half-made meal. I’ve given the benefit of the doubt too many times, but it’s clear this location has a serious quality control issue. Do better.

Went there with my Fiance and his family food was great and so was the service

We were a group of 17 seniors. Most of us get separate checks. Kelly our waitress was welcoming, cheerful, and patient. The food was great. It was still hot when served and tasty. We will be back. 👍🏼

Great server, food was fast and hot, everyone seemed to be having a good time. If you like Red Robin this is a great example of one, and if you're unfamiliar it's a great location to check out.

We placed a door dash order and they complete screwed us. First they took over an hour to get the food prepared. When we finally got our food they forgot to give us a burger. Just fries in a container. How do you forget to add the burger? Door Dash was barely any help. So I’m letting everyone know that ordering from this place is rolling the dice on whether you get a good experience or not. I would say skip them altogether and go to BurgerFi which is in the same shopping center. Clearly Red Robin either has staffing issues or maybe their staff doesn’t care. Either way don’t put your self in a situation that your end up with a pissed off family like myself.

Went to red Robbin’s for my grandmother’s 75th birthday service was excellent food was hot and ready. Great environment definitely will come back.!

Very nice! We had almost given up on Red Robin from previous visits to another location. Here in Columbia we were treated very well! The servers were prompt and courteous. Wonderful experience!

Are you’re seeking to have a wonderful dining experience at Red Robin in Columbia? Of course you are! Then I highly recommend you begin your visit by asking for Angie to take care of you/your friend or family. I walked into Red Robin after the lunch rush. Angie appeared to be prepping for the next rush of customers. However, she turned away from her current task and asked me if I needed help. I had lots and lots of question, as I was preparing to have a family dinner there the next day. From the moment she welcomed me and offered to assist, she presented to me that I had 100% of her attention. She was patient, knowledgeable, professional and kind, PRECISELY demonstrating all the qualities that make for a wonderful guest experience. Angie, keep up the great work! You are very much appreciated.

For my first time her at Red Robin, I received Sterling service, family vibes for sure!
