Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I came here to celebrate my goddaughter’s 6th birthday, and the experience was very disappointing. I ordered the Whiskey River chicken sandwich and after a few bites noticed the chicken was rubbery and chewy. Although it was remade, I became nauseous on the drive home and never ate it. I later had stomach issues and believe the food made me sick.
To make matters worse, the restroom was disgusting—only two of three stalls worked and it was visibly dirty. Service was polite, but poor food quality and lack of cleanliness ruined what should have been a special night.

Keisha was an absolute standout! Super friendly, on top of everything, and made our visit feel easy and fun. She really helped our experience take flight — YUMMM! Red Robin is lucky to have her, and we’ll definitely be back hoping to sit in her section again.

Went here for a birthday party and the staff was excellent! Very kind, attentive, and all-around great waitress :)

We changed our minds and got our order to go. The building appeared clean and staff was courteous and friendly. We were seated quickly and our server gave us time to read the menu. When we said we wanted to change it to go, he said no problem and remained polite and professional.
The only thing I would say was the building was very cold. My daughter's teeth were chittering.
Food was brought out fresh and packaged to go. Thanks Red Robin!

Red Robin in Columbia offers a variety of options for vegetarians, meat-eaters, picky people and those with specific diets in a large, casual setting with quick service.

For $112 (without tip included), we had the bleu cheese and mushroom burger, royal burger, regular burger with onion rings added, Impossible burger with fries and steamed broccoli, children's pizza and fries, and queso fondido. Our server, Alexis was very kind and friendly, however never asked if we wanted more of the bottomless sides (fries, broccoli, onion rings), and we would have liked that. Everything was cooked well except for the bleu cheese and mushroom burger that was to be medium rare and came out too overcooked, and the steamed broccoli was slightly past it's usable date and had black/moldy-looking portions on several pieces, which was not appetizing. Other than that, our late lunch was very good. The campfire mayo sauce is fantastic, as well as the garlic parmesan fries.

The restaurant as a whole is large enough for big groups and there's such a variety of items on the menu that I'm confident really anyone can dine at Red Robin.
