Great product overall. The usual bartender who's name starts with a "C" just isn't the most personable.... at least not with me.I thought maybe she was having a bad day, but I noticed she was more friendly with other customers.My burger was missing tomatoes so I had to flag her down because she didn't come back to check on me after the 1st few bites.She then made me open the burger to verify the missing tomatoes (as though I was lying).I was never offered a side refill, or a 2nd cocktail...of which I wanted one.She never "closed the deal" by offering dessert or more drinks etc...I wanted one.I sat there (done)for about 15 mins before being offered a to go box, of which was just placed on the bar with no communication.The payment method was never explained and it took a few mins to figure it out on my own. I then waited another 5 mins to get an opportunity to ask for a printed receipt. It was handed to me with a very dry demeanor and a plain "have a good day" with zero eye contact.This is my 2nd similar experience with bartender "C"

The food is always great and so are the staff. Occasionally however, it’s a miss.For example, they recently released a fondue. But upon ordering and paying $3.99 for it, you realize it’s a complete rip off.When I got in the to go cup, a manager even had to come out and explain to me that it is equivalent to what is shown on the picture.I understand inflation is high, but this is a complete rip off. I understand it’s just $3.99 and there are bigger things that I could possibly complain about but this is nothing like the picture they advertise on their app or on their website.

The young lady was wonderful! I believe her name was 'youme'. I'm sure I got that wrong. All of her recommendations were on point. My fruity drink which was a house special was delicious; I can't remember the name. The burgers and garlic parmesan fries were hot and delicious as were the garlic broccoli. The manger came over and checked to see how we were doing. Listen if you want good burgers go here and ask for 'youme' she's a sweet, young, African American girl. We gave her a $100.00 tip on a 70ish dollars check. It was because she circled that table, removed dishes, and kept checking on us with a wonderful smile. We always look for servers like this young lady to bless.

I visited on 4/3/24 for lunch. I sat down in the bar because I like the atmosphere. I was greeted by Maya, who was also the bartender. She was AMAZING and very personable. Best service I've had in a while. Thank you Maya!
Went here for happy hour with a co-worker. We got there like 8 min before happy hour was over but sat at the bar for at least 18 min before even being acknowledged and at that point, it was too late for us to do happy hour (go figure). We each just had a beer and got Mozzarella sticks to share and I must say they were surprisingly good. The reason for my good ratings is bc we ended up getting the Mozzarella sticks taken off our check (to make up for the happy hour ridiculousness).I would recommend this restaurant for tastey cheap food but remember it's a burger joint not an upscale restaurant so the service is just ok.

My friend and I ate at Red Robin on Wednesday 3/27, today is 3/31, and we have been each dealing with intense food poisoning symptoms since then. We assume it was either the broccoli or "tsunami shrimp" (name seems ironic now). Both of us have horrible stomach pains, nausea and vomiting, and brutal diarrhea. I'm talking a liquid poop fountain that was non stop for almost 48 hours. Now I'm just weak and cramping non stop, and afraid to fart if I'm not on the toilet. Haven't had a solid poop since Wednesday. Happy Easter.
