Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

I asked galati on top and bottom of my mango ice but did not get it. Paid $15.24. Will not return to this location. To Expensive to not receive what you ask for!!! Would have gave them ZERO!

The Lindsay Lohan looking girl made me wait a long time, just to be rude and get my order wrong. At this price point is crazy

service was fine, but the custard had gone bad and the ice was clearly melted and refrozen. please check quality

Amazing food and service, the young emo girl who made my food was very polite and professional. Will definitely visit again! I would recommend mopping the floors, however.

I must say this is my absolute favorite Rita’s location. The service is quick and efficient and the atmosphere is great. The people behind the counter are also top notch. For example, when I stopped by the other day to get my favorite frozen treat my rose toy accidentally fell out of my purse. But thankfully the staff were quick to get my precious toy back to me. I cannot thank them enough especially Noah. Additionally, I have SEVERE ocd, adhd, and tourets syndrome. If any two toppings touch each other in my ice cream I WILL GET A SEVERE RASH AND HIVES. But thankfully the staff were able to accommodate me and made sure my sprinkles DID NOT touch my chocolate syrup. Overall this location is just completely full of Sigma energy.

I went in early in the evening on a nice day out. The service was absolutely great. I was greeted and served with kindness and respect. It was so nice to see it so crowded and see so many people spend time outside. 10/10 i WILL be going back!!!

Terrible, don't waste your money!The chocolate covered strawberry milkshake is liquid. The strawberries are just a syrup. It tastes disgusting, and I'm already getting a stomach ache.The Strawberry flavored ice taste is ok, but just syrup and ice.The small is tiny. Definitely not worth $15 for the 2 drinks.
