I must say this is my absolute favorite Rita’s location. The service is quick and efficient and the atmosphere is great. The people behind the counter are also top notch. For example, when I stopped by the other day to get my favorite frozen treat my rose toy accidentally fell out of my purse. But thankfully the staff were quick to get my precious toy back to me. I cannot thank them enough especially Noah. Additionally, I have SEVERE ocd, adhd, and tourets syndrome. If any two toppings touch each other in my ice cream I WILL GET A SEVERE RASH AND HIVES. But thankfully the staff were able to accommodate me and made sure my sprinkles DID NOT touch my chocolate syrup. Overall this location is just completely full of Sigma energy.

I went in early in the evening on a nice day out. The service was absolutely great. I was greeted and served with kindness and respect. It was so nice to see it so crowded and see so many people spend time outside. 10/10 i WILL be going back!!!

Friendliest Rita's staff ever! Enthusiastic and always dressed up for the Holidays. The kids love coming to this location for the overall energy from the staff (and of course tasty treats). They adore a spot where they feel special and recognized.

Terrible, don't waste your money!The chocolate covered strawberry milkshake is liquid. The strawberries are just a syrup. It tastes disgusting, and I'm already getting a stomach ache.The Strawberry flavored ice taste is ok, but just syrup and ice.The small is tiny. Definitely not worth $15 for the 2 drinks.

Not sure how or why, but this is consistently the slowest and worst run Rita’s that I have ever been to. 15 minutes to get 2 Mistos. Head to any other local Rita’s if you want Rita’s.

Perhaps one of the worst run Rita's around. Went with my family a couple of nights ago to grab some frozen custard....service was extremly slow, mininimal amount of custard in a non Ritas paper cup and the Reese concrete had almost no add ins.Would like to say that this experience was an exception, but it is not. If you want Ritas, go to another location.
I love the Gelatos, Italian ice and custard ice cream. So refreshing in the Summer time.

Gone downhill. Rude teenagers working there. Paid $7 for a half full baby cup of vanilla custard and was told that they "weigh it". Really? My dad got the same size and his had quite a bit more. Meanwhile this little girl that can't even work the register stared me down like I was stupid. If those are their hiring standards and serving sizes I will go to Ellicott City. Ridiculous.

Terrible experience. Three girls with no line. My daughter and I both got the same size cup and mine was only half full. I mentioned this to one of the girls and they claimed that they “weigh them”. I call BS.

Very strange interaction. The lady taking orders didn't open the window when we walked up, we waited and waited and she didn't even acknowledge us until we waved for her attention. Maybe people come up a lot and just stare at her for no reason idk lol the order was wrong twice, eventually got what we needed.

The lack of cleanliness is appalling. Placing cups of ice cream on sticky dirty counters is gross. I had to ask the clerk to wipe down the counter. How did she do it? With a wet paper towel. No cleaning supplies were in sight. Awful. Custard was melty. Italian ice was flavorless. This Rita's has gone downhill. Sad.
