My first experience was good, however after 2 additional visits, the food has changed drastically, it's AWFUL the steak was dry, the lettuce/tomato were wilted and the roll was burnt

Received my delivery order, My fries were burned dark brown, and the funnel cake was hard not fresh at all. Called to see if I could get some compensation..took my information and said i had to wait for a manager. still no refund a week later. So much for customer service

I ordered wings for delivery and it was never delivered and they charged my card. Not only that I’ve called multiple times even before they closed to see where my order was or to get my refund and they never answered the phone !

I ordered a Royal Cheesesteak sub with American cheese, grilled onions, green peppers, mayo, hots, and jalapeno peppers. It was absolutely the BEST Philly Cheesesteak sandwich I have EVER eaten. The service was excellent and I recommend going and having this sandwich at least once in your lifetime. I also purchased a drink from the cooler. Mmmm mmmm

The lady who answers the phone is rude as HELL. I ordered mushrooms appetizer and they send me dry chicken poppers or whatever it is. I call she tells me they don’t sell chicken and rudely hangs up. I call back and she starts getting smart and hangs up again she is very unprofessional and this isn’t the first time. She got mad the last time I prefer and I got two orders of fries and onion rings asked for extra ketchup and received none at all. She should not work around customers with poor customer service. Very rude and it’s uncalled for. Please tell me how these are fried mushrooms

Haven't been here for a few years until this week. Walked in to order some wings. Off the bat, place was not clean...but thought it more of a dive/greasy spoon type place.. Nope!! everyone who ate the wings that night got sick.Threw up 3 times, stomach cramps, etc. Def food poisoning, not sure if the product or food handling caused it. Do with that info you will, just a heads up

Royal's is the official pizza provider at Hyperkidz in Columbia. The food is always delivered hot and fresh.

My first time eating from their place of business. The food was not good at all. Chicken hard, western fries etc etc was not good. Then I saw on the menu that you will be charged a dollar more for fries with salt pepper and ketchup, but it's a dollar less if your fries are plain. Will not order from them again. We spent almost $100 and it was a waste for real.
