Horrible as usual. Ordered the TriplePlay. Ribs were severely overcooked, shrimp are advertised a crispy, should be advertised as raw. Completely undercooked as was the zucchini. Tenders were miniature and under cooked. Mash potatoes were lumpy as hell. Only pleasant part of the experience- the service by the Manager. Forgot her name but she has been with Rubys for 14+ years. She is a sweetheart. I hope she leaves this rat-trap like I did.

Took my daughter here after an after noon of searching for athletic shoes. We had shrimp fajitas for me, and a burger for her it was all great. I would go back..we enjoyed everything.

Very welcoming staff,clean environment the salad bar is fresh with a variety of veggies/salads to choose from.The menu selection is good ? and my husband and I make going to Ruby Tuesday a DATE so it's always something to look forward to for us.Thank you ?

I eat in this great restaurant many times a year! This is the best place to grab a bite. I go there many times. The cooking is excellent, the staff is courteous and the prices are affordable. I like being in this place over a decent lunch.

Mediocre flavour and small portions for their prices. I ordered a supposedly healthy option (fish with steamed veggies). The whole meal was dripping with fat, and the fish was so salty that I could not eat it. I would not recommend this place

Food was great. Staff very nice. One small thing was hair in my food, but the manger approached very respectfully and replaced my meal. Meant the most actually. Chastyn was the most awesome waitress ever by the way!!
