We were impressed by the updated decor, tables with white tablecloths, great service and delicious food.
The food was great, the service excellent, and the place is attractive. The iced tea was bad. Fresh tea needs to be used before it turns, and if a powdered mix was used, I'd suggest choosing a different brand.
Rudy himself is one of a kind. I've dined twice and he treats me like a lifelong good friend. Rudy IS a huge reason why I visit. The man is an artisan around his grills, and his marinades are like works of art. Prepare yourself for a marvelous dining experience.
Hidden Gem in Columbia. Everything was absolutely excellent from the food to the service to the atmosphere. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Can’t wait to come back — highly recommend!
Today was my family’s first time dining at Rudy’s Mediterranean grill and we were honestly blown away by the food the friendly staff / service and the atmosphere. The food was flavorful and light , my mother in law had the lamb chops and raved about how tender and well seasoned they were. While Me and my fiancé had the Chicken Adana which was just as delicious and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was easy and made us feel comfortable and the staff were very welcoming; Especially Oksana who was extremely helpful and was kind enough to explain to us what the different entrees and drinks were since it was our first time. Long story short we had a wonderful dinner and we can’t wait to go back. And I really hope this review encourages you to go give them a try.
My husband bought lunch here this afternoon and said that while the burger was put together badly (wrong size and kind of bread for a burger), the patty itself was probably the best seasoned patty he'd ever had. This was super high praise from a home chef. Because of this, I asked him to bring me one home for dinner. Apparently, the kitchen had to be reopened to make it for me (got there 25 minutes before closing) and what they gave us was a dry and thoroughly unseasoned patty with unmelted cheese and non-toasted bread. One of the thick cut tomatoes had the brown stem in the middle. I would have preferred that they told us the kitchen was closed for the day than have them serve us such garbage. Before this happened, I was excited about going back to dine in because it's such a nice looking place and they had a lot of interesting things on the menu. However, after this, I have zero interest in patronizing them ever again. The carelessness exhibited was much too disappointing.
Complete disgrace to Turkish cuisine. Entire menu was awful from appetizers to different main meals.
Love the refreshed and modern look of the restaurant. Food was good as well as the baklava. And of course the Turkish coffee. Our waitress was attentive and helpful (didn’t catch her name) during our entire visit.
Hummus and Lentil soup were delicious as appetizers. Chicken kabobs and rice were great as were the other entrees ordered. Only down side is that they now charge 3% for credit card use. There might be a sign or notice somewhere, but we did not see it.
Great food, reasonably priced, nicely decorated, with friendly service. Server was beautiful too.

Excellent food. We had appetizers and dinner. Service was friendly. Bit more expensive than I remember.
A hidden gem for wonderful Turkish/Mediterranean food and a quiet weekday dinner. We always order the babaganoush and are never disappointed! The falafel salad was probably the best I have ever had - crispy and still moist enough. The spinach and feta pide had lovely fresh cheese, and the salmon was served on. a bed of buttery rice! Everything was excellent.
The appetizers were definitely the Star. lentil soup and wings. The entree was only mediocre and very expensive for what you got. We had the Rudy's which included chicken, lamb and beef kabobs...the beef and lamb were fairly tough and each set of meat only had 3 small chunks. I would only come for the lentil soup and wings which were very good.
I spent $250 (20% tip) on dinner for three people, with no alcohol. They charge 3% to use a credit card and the portion size was not large. I'll NEVER go back to this place. The value of the meal was pathetic.
Wow! What a find! Intimate, beautiful restaurant. The restaurant is in a small shopping center so we were unsure what to expect... when we opened the door, we were transported to a lovely, friendly, beautiful experience. The food and wine was delicious. We had an eggplant dip (different from baba ganoush) a lamb and chicken entree. Baklava for dessert.. the chef and maitre de walk around the restaurant. Sent nibbles to the table... highly recommend!
