Rudy's Mediterranean Grill And Turkish Cuisine

My husband and I have been visiting Rudy’s Mediterranean Grill for about two years now, and it has truly become one of our favorite restaurants in Columbia. Location-wise, it’s convenient with plenty of parking, making it easy for us to stop in for dinner even on busy evenings. The atmosphere has become so elegant and inviting. The recent updates to the interior make it feel warm, classy, and comfortable — perfect for a quiet date night or a leisurely weekend meal. The food is consistently delicious. We’ve tried almost everything on the menu, and the quality never wavers. The kebabs, lamb dishes, and fresh appetizers always remind us of the meals we enjoyed while traveling through the Mediterranean years ago. The service is another highlight. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. They remember our usual orders and always check in to make sure everything is perfect. As for value, the portion sizes are generous and the quality of ingredients is excellent. We always feel like we’re getting far more than what we pay for. Finally, the wait time has always been reasonable for us. Even on busier nights, we’re seated quickly and our meals arrive in a timely manner without feeling rushed. Rudy’s Med Grill remains one of Columbia’s best restaurants, and we look forward to every visit. Highly recommended!

First off, great prices and always being given free food! Wait was only 15 mins for food. I’ve been coming to Rudy’s Mediterranean Grill for the past two years, and it continues to impress me every single time. The food is consistently delicious — from the perfectly seasoned kebabs to the fresh appetizers and homemade desserts, every dish tastes authentic and full of flavor. You can really tell how much pride the chefs take in their cooking. What makes Rudy’s even better is the atmosphere. The interior has become so elegant and inviting, making it perfect for date nights, family dinners, or even special celebrations. It feels like a step above other restaurants in the area, yet the staff remains warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. we had not been to Rudy’s in the past 6 months. the atmosphere has changed to a elegant, dimly lit , very conducive to conversation the prices have increased substantially- we had spinach pie which was soggy and very doughy. the grape leaves were scarcely filled but large, no taste. Overall the food quality did not match the setting. Very overpriced for the quality we are not returning.

Loved our dinner and dining experience at Rudy's. The whole bronzino was phenomenal, as were the felafel, baba ghanoush, and other appetizers. There was even a live jazz band on Friday night. It was a great experience.

As a returning customer, I had a great dining experience at this restaurant. The Mediterranean flavors are authentic and delicious, especially the grilled kebabs. Our waitress, Elvan, was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and full of great recommendations. I highly recommend this place for anyone craving delightful Turkish cuisine!

We have been visiting Rudy’s for several years now & it is our GO TO place! We are often greeted by Rudy himself with a warm handshake or hug upon entering!

We have never had a less than GREAT experience in dining there. The food & service are truly exceptional. The portions are quite large & impossible to finish in one sitting. If you are lucky enough to visit on a Friday night they have some really great & relaxing live jazz.

We have introduced Rudy’s to several friends who have returned & enjoyed Rudy’s themselves.

We highly recommend Rudy’s for a truly special dining experience.

Had the lamb sampler platter. It was a little bit of each kind of lamb. 3 lamb chops cooked perfectly! And two more kinds of lamb with rice. Babaganoush was delicious, and so was bread. Drinks were on point! Desserts were amazing! The staff was so helpful about explaining any questions I had and so friendly! Great experience! Definitely recommend!

Very pleasant evening! Elegant interior with excellent food and service. A personable host added to the experience. The special was really good and a more than generous portion. We had 5 different main dishs and all were wonderful.

We love Rudy’s! The food is fresh and tasty, and the service is great. Everyone is so friendly and Rudy is fun to chat with. On Fridays, they have a live jazz band playing to enjoy dinner along with. And try the Turkish beer - it’s great! They’re also understanding about my food allergy.

Even though I don’t live close by, I’ve been several times and brought different people with me, from parents to friends, and everyone always enjoys.

As always, the food was delicious, the staff was very nice and attentive, and it was the first time we had live music, and the band was very good.

This restaurant is excellent!!! The food and service is exceptional!!! Will Definitely be coming back!!!

Had a wonderful lunch. Coming in everyone was friendly and helped with recommendations on what to order since it was our first time here. We did the three course brunch. From the salad to the hummus and our main course—we were blown away by the flavors. Can’t forget about the dessert which was amazing too! Would definitely recommend coming here and will be back in the future!
