Very poor customer service today, giving wrong orders! And wrong price!! And not even accepting mistakes. The lady taking orders is so rude! The food was rushed, not the good taste I used to have from previous visits, my friend also was given the wrong choice of drink! What a day spoiler! I’m definitely not coming back to them.
The women at the front cashier is so rude the way she talks to a customer ! , some foriegners may think it’s normal to speak the way they do but it’s called rude here ! Learn to speak better , not sarcastic , rude with a loud tone ! soft skills are important in customer service !
Food is way better than quickway. Teriyaki chicken and shrimp is really good. The only small thing I noticed is sometimes when you go to them right when they open the rice can be a little hard. I think the best times to go are after 12:30 even though it’s a little busier
The man took my shrimp from the bin and just put it on my plate but the people after me he put their shrimp on the grill first. I don't have time for the racist bs.
I was very disappointed and hungry. The grab meat was bad. It's tastes and smells really bad. In addition, the cashier is very pushing. I would not recommend this place.
Ordered fried rice, got white instead . And the lady at the counter taking the order was very rude and insisted that I ordered white . After arguing made me go back in line again to pay the difference. My son has speech impediment and on top of her rude attitude she laughed at him when he was making the order as well. Need to have some serious attitude adjustment.

Placed a large order for chicken, shrimp & noodles. Food was awful & inedible—super salty & chicken was more like minced meat. Vegetables were barely cooked through. It tasted like all they used for seasoning was soy sauce packed with so much salt, rather than teriyaki sauce. Worse food compared to all other Sarku locations. Will not be ordering here ever again!

I've visited this same location many times, but I haven't been there in a couple of years. I went today 4/30/24 and was highly disappointed in the chicken pieces!!! They used to give you bigger pieces of chicken, but now they chop the bigger pieces into smaller pieces, in order to entice you to order extra chicken at a rate of $2.00 more. Ri-dic-u-lous!!!!#thoseforeignersain'tloyal!?

Manager took my order incorrectly then accused me of lying when I called out his error. This man is a tryant and has no respect for customers. He continually argued his point in front of other customers and never once apologized. I had to finally end the back and forth by shutting the situation down. I honestly believe this man has an issue with women. He was insulted that I challenged him and refused to take ownership. I will never give my business to this bootleg Asian fast food establishment again.

They are sooo rude. They have such attitudes it’s so annoying. From ordering your food to the chefs. I asked the chef can he get chicken from another part of the pile of chicken bc he dropped shrimp right next to the chicken he was about to grab for me, and I’m allergic. He gave me the worst look and rudely put the chicken on my plate and walked off. I wasn’t rude or anything I just asked if he could grab it from the top since I’m allergic! What the hell is wrong with them??

We ordered a chicken bento box. My son doesn’t like rice. I told the gentleman at the counter no rice, please. He rudely snapped back at me so you just want chicken plain? No vegetables or sushi or dumplings? I politely replied he wanted the full bento box but just no rice. His rude response was so what do you want?!? I patiently repeated everything the bento box comes with except rice. His response was again “so just chicken”. Finally got that cleared. Then I ordered a California roll. His response was “there is already California roll in the bento box”. Yes- I know that. I patiently tell him the bento box is for my son and the California roll is for me. Meanwhile the line to order behind me is growing. In the end, the food was just meh. I guess they don’t have to try since they are in a busy mall food court, but still!

I placed an online order only to receive half of what I paid for. I ordered Beef and shrimp which the recipe clearly said that. When I got home all I recieved was a plate full of rice very little and I mean very little beef and veggies, no shrimps at all. This was shameful, to me it did not seem to be a mistake. I say this because I had rewards points that allowed me to get a free teriyaki chicken with an additional $5.00 off my meal. Did they not think I deserved this deal, I ordered at this location enough to deserve all the rewards that are afforded to me. Shame on you for treating your customers this way. Check your food before leaving if you ordered online because I didn't.
