I loved the mushroom burger with cheese in the middle. The dinning area need cleaning. Customer were leaving food all over the tables. Seems like they were understaffed.

Food was delicious, hot and accurate. Service was great! There were a few kids in there with their parents out of control but it's Friday.

I loved the staff here! They were so accommodating, friendly and they continued working and cleaning up after the lunch rush. I’m very impressed with them and would return in a heartbeat!

Horrible service. They claimed my order never went through. They did give a refund initially without refunding the tip. Eventually they did give back the tip, but the attitude of the woman who refunded me was accusatory. I am never going to any Shake Shack again.

Great shroom burger & shakes! A bit pricey ~$120 for 5 of us.

I was gonna take my L in peace but google prompted me to submit a review and I got mad all over again.

I ordered 2 Double Bacon Cheeseburgers, 1 single Bacon Cheeseburger, Regular Fries and Cheese Fries. Each burger was missing at least 2 items which usually I can forgive but how do you miss the bacon from a BACON CHEESEBURGER?! If I paid for Bacon I want it....on my burger.

On top of that they didn't follow any of the special instructions and the food tasted like it was made the day before. And before someone replies, I emailed them the same day but no response. I'm never going back to Shake Shack again.

Parking: It's at the mall so be prepared to park and walk.
