Don’t know how I’m saying this but this burger joint is somehow still underrated. The burgers and shakes alone are a 10/10 no questions asked. Prices beat other similar joints like five guys.
No complaints; service was fast, and food was hot.
Weirdly enough the shake was my least favorite part. The chocolate flavor was too strong. The burgers, on the other hand, are to die for. Possibly the best I've ever had. The fries are pretty good too.
Good experience except we got a piece of frozen fry in our cheese fries
Right outside of Columbia mall ordering food is simple whether with a cashier or the kiosk. Wait time for food is almost none as by the time you sit down a few seconds go by and your food is ready for you.
This shake shack is always super goof. Food is fresh and hot the service is friendly! Everything is usually pretty clean as well, I think maybe once it looked a little worse than usual but it was busy so forgivable.
This location does get pretty busy and it can get kind of loud but it's in an ideal location so makes sense. Wife and I love this place.

I loved the mushroom burger with cheese in the middle. The dinning area need cleaning. Customer were leaving food all over the tables. Seems like they were understaffed.

Food was delicious, hot and accurate. Service was great! There were a few kids in there with their parents out of control but it's Friday.
