Wine and food were excellent. We had a salmon imperial special and the beef short ribs. Both were delicious.

Everything was lovely. From Cocktails to Appetizers, to Entrees to Service, a wonderful experience.

Lunch options for our 4 person group were outstanding. Salads and Sandwiches were both great. Appetizer was great - wine was delicious and the service was wonderful.

The service was exceptional; however I was disappointed in my omelet. It was cold and wasn't appetizing.

This was my first time at Smashing Grapes, and I was impressed by the beautiful atmosphere ✨. The food was just okay 🍽️, but the overall vibe made it a great experience—I'd definitely consider going back 😊

We went here before a concert I had the short rib sandwich it was AMAZING. We also got the crab artichoke dip awesome. My husband got the crab lobster bisque he said it was delicious. He also got a Caesar salad with grilled chicken. That was just ok the chicken was not well seasoned and the salad was just ok. Great wine selection. I definitely recommend

Wonderful experience for a second time! Still great food choices and wines to taste! The service was so fabulous that you thought the server was only for you and your party! Great experience! Will go back many times!

Wonderful experience the food was delicious our waitress Jamie recommended some very nice appetizers and entrées along with pairing it with a good wine and Mel the bartender is amazing

Great drinks, great ambiance however the food was just ok. The sauté shrimp and scallops were good. The short rib pasta was salty and the pieces of short rib were too large.

Five Stars – Exceptional Experience at Smashing Grapes, Columbia MD! I had a truly wonderful experience at Smashing Grapes in Columbia! Our waiter was absolutely amazing—hands down one of the best I've ever had. He was incredibly attentive, engaging, funny, and very knowledgeable about the menu. His service really elevated our entire dining experience. My friends and I celebrate our annual birthdays together, and we usually try different places for brunch, lunch, or dinner. Smashing Grapes has definitely become a favorite—it was by far one of the best restaurants we've been to. The service, the food, and the ambiance were all exquisite. Highly recommend for any special occasion or just a quality night out. Five stars all the way! loved!

Server did not offer tap water so be aware of the up sell. Food took a long time and wings came out dry, flatbread was not hot. The wine list is always good and the zucchini fritters were excellent.

I had the seafood omelet and it was fine, just needed to be hotter. The hash browns were great, and the sausage was good. My sister's bacon was to die for? I'd love to get the brand so I could buy it!

I ordered the special fish that was created by the chef which was excellent tasty well seasoned cooked perfectly. The portion was perfect for me. The attendant was always ever present never had to search for water or anything else The ambience, the quiet of the room, totally enjoyable I would recommend this restaurant to anyone casual dining. They have formal private rooms that are just gorgeous. I told her to expect me to return.

This restaurant must be struggling. More than half of the restaurant was empty & we had to wait to sit even though we had a reservation. We sat close to host stand & they were turning everyone away. Our servers (one was a trainee) came over to greet us. The trainee was way friendlier than the trainer. She was not at all pleasant & seemed to be put off by any questions or requests we had. She didn't even let me finish my question...just interrupted me almost immediately. The one bright spot was the food. It was really good. Everyone in my party enjoyed their meals. It's kind of a shame they're experiencing problems (retaining wait staff?) because, aside from the rude waitress, we liked it.

Great selection of wine and good food. Ambiance was nice, could help with somewhat of light dimming, but overall great place.
