Had a great experience at this location today! The customer service was top-notch! Maja and Miriam (I hope I’m spelling their names right!) were both incredibly friendly and helpful. The atmosphere gets 1 star because there was fruit flies flying around on the glass. The food item gets 2 stars because the smoothie had to be remade due to it being watered down from putting too much ice inside of the mixture. Overall, the customer service is 3 stars considering the fact that I had to wait an additional 8 minutes for my smoothie to be remade after the staff made a careless mistake .

To add to that experience I met with the regional manager Donnie and he noticed I was having car trouble and actually came out and gave my car a jumpstart. He went above and beyond the call of duty. I’ve been frequenting this SK location since I started my fitness routine in January. They are always friendly, helpful, and give quick service. Today one staff member even paid for our smoothies! Customer service you rarely see anymore!!
I’ve never had a bad smoothie from this location. I choose this one over McGaw Road even when it’s more out of my way. Their prices are lower and they’re always doing specials and giving out coupons. It’s easy to swing by here after a workout and get the protein that feels like a treat with the Peanut Power. They also have kid sizes of many of the smoothies, which makes for a fun Mommy & Me treat.
