The Smoothie King is horrible. I pretty much get a smoothie every day, and we’ll go out of my way to avoid this place. The smoothies don’t taste the way they should. I’ve come to the store and they’ve randomly changed their hours and I’ve had to leave, eat the amount of money that I paid for the smoothie, just to get to work on time. I’ve come other times when their pay system isn’t working and they just throw their hands up and say they can’t help you. Avoid this Smoothie King! Go to the one in Laurel town center.

Great staff. Quick service. First time in a Smoothie King and it was as expected. Drink was a promotional one from Dude Perfect (my son wanted to try it and get the cup). It is a bit pricy at just over $10 after tax. I wouldn't mind trying a few of their signature drinks but would have to decide if it's worth it or not. The drink was pretty tasty as I can assume the others are as well.

I love going to this place. The staff has changed now and they definitely have quicker smoothie pickups than the laurel smoothie place. 9/10 times when I order ahead it is always made ahead of time. Staffing is nice now and they mean business.I came here everyday Friday and one other time in the week, this is my smoothie place to go when I’m working on the weekdays!

Stopped in to grab a quick snack before my appointment, but so much for that idea. Definitely won't be coming back. Should have read the reviews before we came in.

Ordered online. System said it would be ready in 15 minutes. We get there at the designated time and then had to wait another 15 minutes. No sense of urgency from the staff. Watched people arrive after we did and walk out before we received our stuff. It wasn't busy compared to other places we visit. Have never had to wait that long.
