Great staff. Quick service. First time in a Smoothie King and it was as expected. Drink was a promotional one from Dude Perfect (my son wanted to try it and get the cup). It is a bit pricy at just over $10 after tax. I wouldn't mind trying a few of their signature drinks but would have to decide if it's worth it or not. The drink was pretty tasty as I can assume the others are as well.

I was working all Saturday and was looking forward to having a smoothie when I was finished. I looked on the website and it said the store closed at nine. I drove as fast as I could to the store and arrived at 8:50. Once I arrived the employee said the store was closed. If your store closes at 8:50, it should say that on the website versus leading people to believe that the store is open until nine. Also, the doors were open. The person at the counter said that he couldn't help me and that they put all of the ingredients and everything away. I was so frustrated. I do not like when stores do this. If you're not gonna be serving people prior to the close of your store, it would be most helpful to the customer that you place this on your website. I wasted 20 minutes driving to the store.

I love going to this place. The staff has changed now and they definitely have quicker smoothie pickups than the laurel smoothie place. 9/10 times when I order ahead it is always made ahead of time. Staffing is nice now and they mean business.I came here everyday Friday and one other time in the week, this is my smoothie place to go when I’m working on the weekdays!

First trip to any Smoothie King since 2019 according to my app. I decided to visit recently because I had a birthday reward. The app has changed significantly since I last used it, so I had to familiarize myself with the updated features before heading there. I entered and surprisingly, it was empty. It appeared clean, but not with the heavy scent of bleach in the air like my former regular location. There was no one behind the counter when I entered, but as I walked further inside, someone emerged from the back of the store I discussed my reward and how it was present in the reward queue, but I was unsure how to use it because of the app change. Nevertheless, another staff member provided a quick update about how to use it. I ordered my standard lemon ginger and spinach smoothie. It has been a favorite since I first tried it. The smoothie was good with the right flavor and consistency. Flavor and consistency has not always been consistent in the past, so this was a delight, especially since it had been quite awhile since my last visit. I look forward to visiting again. ,

Incredibly slow service. Ordered at the counter at 1230 and didn't get our drinks for half an hour. Made me late for a nearby appointment. Stopped in to grab a quick snack before my appointment, but so much for that idea. Definitely won't be coming back. Should have read the reviews before we came in.

Ordered online. System said it would be ready in 15 minutes. We get there at the designated time and then had to wait another 15 minutes. No sense of urgency from the staff. Watched people arrive after we did and walk out before we received our stuff. It wasn't busy compared to other places we visit. Have never had to wait that long.

Ordered 2 smoothies from the McGaw Rd location in Columbia, MD only to find when we got home that one contained bits of what looked like shredded plastic wrap throughout the smoothie. We tried calling the location but no one answered. Now we’ve ingested plastic in addition to wasting our time & money. I love their smoothies, but am wary of ever getting them again.
